The house is located directly in the harbor area and impresses with its direct, unobstructed view of the Saaler Bodden and offers 80 m2 living space for 6 people.

The extremely tasteful and fully equipped, furnished house includes 1 cozy and bright living room with open kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet / shower / sauna and 1 bathroom with toilet and bath, electric blinds on the ground floor, insect screens and 2 cozy bedrooms for 4 persons and 1 cozy bedroom with double bed in the alcove for 2 persons. Outside there are 1 beautiful large terraces with garden furniture, loungers with attached small lawn and a garden. High chair and baby cot can be provided on request.
Parking for 2 cars is available on the property. Additional parking at the adjacent parking in the harbor area on site (fee required).

Internet = free Wi-Fi included.

For swimming or fishing in the Saaler Bodden go only 50m. A gently sloping grass / sandy beach invites you to swim. For the smaller guests, the long-lasting flat access to the Saaler Bodden is ideal. Even surfers come here fully at your expense. In the evening you can watch the unique beautiful sunsets from the terrace and just let it fall and maybe end the day with a glass of wine.

Out of consideration for residents and other holidaymakers, there is no letting to youth groups looking for accommodation as a party location.

The price includes bed linen and towels.
The house is handed over to the landlord swept. Pets are allowed by arrangement, but here is an additional fee of 50, - € charged.
The price does not include heating, electricity and water.
These are billed separately according to consumption.

In the main season 22. 6.2019-7. 9.2019 is the arrival Saturday in the time between 15:00 o'clock and 18: 00 o'clock.
Departure Saturday until 9:30 am - 10:00 am.
