The host had many extra amenities that made it feel like home. We were able to watch the beautiful sunset in the beach chairs that were provided. There were common ingredients for cooking that we weren't expecting. The patio was even better than the photos.

Unit is fully stocked, clean and up to date. Honua Kai is a lovely property with a Dukes and relaxing environment. Unit has chairs, snorkeling stuff and baby stuff stocked,Owners and their manager were very responsive!This specific unit is located near the back of the property which is close to store, parking and gym. Downside farther from pool area but nice and quiet. Deck is above average size and we only used a portion but made the unit feel bigger. Only item to note is there is a lovely but loud fountain right outside the unit but I would book again.

The host and room were amazing. We had a 7 day stay and loved every minute of it. Beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys, all were provided. The condo was immaculate and beautiful. Very spacious for a family of 5. The corner lanai was also incredibly spacious. Pictures don't do the unit justice. Thank you so much for hosting us.

The condo worked well for 2 couples. The unit is beautifully updated with beautiful furniture and large lanai. The resort grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed the pools, Duke’s restaurant and the beach. We enjoyed the boardwalk walkway in front of the property. There were artist vendor booth's set up close to the pools. There is a fantastic food truck park right next to the property.

We loved our time on Maui. The Honua Kai Resort is wonderful, with a gorgeous golden sand beach! The condo is just perfect for a family. We spent our mornings and early evenings on the lanai. The mountain view is amazing. The sound of the water below the lanai was so soothing. On top of everything else the beds were as comfortable as most 5 star hotels. I could go on and on. Thank you Amir and Maryam!

We can't say enough about our stay in this condo. Not only was the indoor space large, comfortable and clean, the outdoor space was like having a second condo outside! So much room to spread out and enjoy the rainbows that we saw nearly every day!!Check in process and communication was a breeze. Our family of four experienced gratitude every single time we walked through that door as we returned from our adventures. It was not just a place to sleep, it felt like a true home.We found it easy to navigate to the pools, the store in the lobby, the spa, Duke's restaurant and the magnificent ocean. We were able to arrange grocery delivery through instacart and the resort even helped us get them to our room! We were met with nothing but kindness all the way around. Bring cash for tipping;)An incredible, unforgettable vacation for us!!Mahalo!!

My family of 4 and I had a great time at the Honua Kai resort. Our particular unit was very spacious and had a huge wrap-around deck with a nice view of the mountain and grassy areas. The kitchen is small but is well-stocked as we cooked quite a bit. Honua Kai facilities are very nice with multiple pools and hot tubs and convenient access to the beach and food truck park as well. The Duke’s restaurant is nice but a bit pricey and mediocre food. You pay for the view and convenience but staff is great. I would recommend Honua Kai for families wanting to get a great Maui experience. We also recommend the Luau at the Sheraton (5 min drive). That was awesome. Oh and our host, was extremely responsive and helpfu.

Family vacation perfection

This property offered the perfect space for our family, with young adults! Plenty of space for them, the wrap around lanai - so perfect. I unfortunately had to work for a few mornings while here - but was able to do so without disrupting the rest of our group. Heaven on earth - hate to leave so soon! Great location, very comfortable- beautiful decor.

Great location, great host, excellent stay!

Communication with the host was superb, the room is a two minute walk from the beach and pools, it was very quiet, there was a large koi pond/waterfall just outside the back patio/lanai, and there was a large grass field for the kids to play in right outside the door downstairs that we could see from the patio. This is a great place to stay, I’m very glad we chose this one.

Great location

The place is beautiful and it was plenty big for the family of five. The only drawback - we were told that there would be supplies and if we ran out, we should buy the rest. That seemed fair but for a family of five, the amount of shampoo that was left was enough for one person. Outside of that, it was great and we would rent it again! The balcony was enormous and worked well for our family!

Beautiful Kaanapali beach

We have a fabulous time at this roomy condo located close to everything. The condo is tastefully decorated, open to surrounding with big folding lanai doors. The beach is just steps away ☀️🌺🌴🏖️
