The Space:

This bright and modern studio apartment is located on the top floor of the building, offering a comfortable and pleasant space for up to 2 guests.



The main living area features a comfortable sofa bed for two people, which can easily be converted from a relaxing lounge area into the sleeping space. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and pleasant views over the surrounding city.



The studio includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining/bar area, induction hob, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, washing machine and essential cooking equipment, making it suitable for both short and longer stays.



The modern bathroom features a spacious shower with both a rainfall shower head and handheld shower, a washbasin, toilet and storage space.



Important information before booking:

The studio is located on the top floor and there is no elevator in the building. Guests must therefore use the stairs to reach the accommodation. Please take this into consideration before booking, particularly if you have reduced mobility, difficulty climbing stairs or heavy luggage.



The apartment is ideal for couples, solo travellers and business travellers looking for a modern and functional place to stay.

The surrounding Minett region also offers parks, forests, walking trails and unique landscapes shaped by Luxembourg’s former mining industry.



It is a practical location for tourism, business trips, concerts and longer stays, with good connections to other parts of Luxembourg.



Getting Around:

Getting around Esch-sur-Alzette is easy, and public transport throughout Luxembourg is free in 2nd class. Guests can use local and regional buses as well as trains without purchasing a ticket.



Esch-sur-Alzette is well connected by the TICE and RGTR bus networks, with connections to Belval and other towns in southern Luxembourg. The city also has two main railway stations, Esch-sur-Alzette and Belval, making it convenient to travel around the country.



The surrounding area can also be explored on foot or by bicycle, with pedestrian routes and cycle paths available throughout the city.



If you are travelling by car: street parking in Esch-sur-Alzette is regulated. Several public and covered car parks are available throughout the city, as well as P+R and longer-term parking options. We recommend checking the parking signs and restrictions carefully before leaving your vehicle.



For journeys across Luxembourg, public transport is generally the easiest option: free, extensive and particularly convenient for visitors without a car.
