• 📝 A digitally signed Vacation Rental Agreement is required to finalize every reservation once the booking is accepted.
• 🔥 Off-Season Heating: Outdoor pool house + hot tub can be heated Nov–Mar for $100/night (inground pool is winterized).
• 🌡️ In-Season Pool Heat: Pool heated to 80° Memorial Day–Labor Day; increasing above 80° is $150/night.
• 🧖 Year-Round Wellness: Indoor hot tub & sauna are included with every reservation, all year long.
• 📅 Seasonal Amenities: Outdoor pool open Memorial–Labor Day (weather dependent); pickleball courts & outdoor games available spring–fall.
• 🕒 Early check-in / late check-out:
– Only available in the off-season (not available mid-June to mid-August).
– May be possible depending on cleaning schedule and same-day turnovers.
