Amazing stay

The location of The Cottage on Pine is perfect! Very short walk to beach and close to shopping and restaurants. The cottage is beautifully decorated , immaculately clean and well appointed. Once Upon a Beach staff provide excellent customer service!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Property. The beds were extremely comfortable, we had all of the items that we needed for the beach, the kitchen was well acquainted, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The host was wonderful and we made so many special memories here as a family and hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect Cottage and Location

This is one of the most beautiful rentals we have ever stayed in. It had anything we could have needed and the decor and finishes are spot on! Comfortable living room and beds, as well as the back yard seating. Our pup loved to roll around on the turf out back and the pool was great too! The location on Pine Ave is perfect to walk to so many shops, restaurants, and the beach. Once Upon a Beach were so friendly and easy to work with…book this place, you will not be disappointed!

Great place to stay!

My family (wife and 2 kids) and I really enjoyed this place it was just the right size for us. Located in a great area close to both the bay and the beach plus some shops. Would come back and stay here again anytime.

All you need everything with in short walks. Shops, stores, beach and pool in the back yard. The right size place for a family of 4. The rental credit for beach supplies was perfect. The cart fit everything from chairs, umbrella and bags. Was easy to pull the few blocks to the beach.

We had a wonderful time visiting AMI for our first visit! This cottage was perfect for my husband and I and we enjoyed that we could walk quickly to the beach, shops and for coffee every morning. The cottage was very clean and nicely updated and communication ahead of and during our trip was exceptional!

We absolutely loved staying at this home! The pool and putting green were such fun additions and made our stay even more enjoyable. The house looks like something straight out of a magazine—beautifully designed and so well maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. Communication was top notch from start to finish. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property!

Great location.

Great property for a smaller group. Close to restaurants, shopping, and beach. Private backyard and nice pool area.

Heaven on Earth

This cottage is tucked away on one of the most iconic streets in Anna Maria, so close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, gulf & pier. It's so cozy I'd stay again in a heartbeat

Fantastic Stay

Everything was fantastic. Great property and close to the beach. The process of checking in and out was a breeze and any questions I had were answered immediately. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Cutest Cottage.

Super cute cottage with the best location. Close to great restaurants and shops. Loved the pool in the back. It was perfect for us 3! We will be back for sure!

Great location

This property was nicely renovated. It was the perfect size for us (a couple and two dogs). The backyard was adorable and the pool was beautiful. We also appreciated that the back area was completely fenced in. The location was convenient to all of the restaurants and shops on Pine Ave and we were able to walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property was wonderful! The pool was where we spent most of our time. And, the putting green was a fun activity. We also enjoyed having bikes to get around and to check out all of the sights. The location was perfect, beach was a short walk in one direction and the city pier in the other. Restaurants, coffee, and shops all within walking distance. The property manager was quick and efficient, and the communication was great - no problems with anything. We LOVE AMI and we will be back soon!

The cottage on Pine

I booked this through Vrbo for my family's summer getaway and my husbands 50th birthday celebration. We could not have asked for a better vacation stay for our family of 3. It was in a prime location close to the center of town, easy to walk or bike to most restaurants and excursions. The pool in the backyard as well as the layout of the house was ideal. Washer and dryer was a must for our active itinerary and all of the little extras were a happy surprise to us like the pool rafts, boogie boards and beach gear. Linens were available to us and toiletries as well. The outdoor shower was wonderful after a beach outing and rinse before we dipped in the pool or walked in the house. I would for sure love to stay here again and would recommend it to any of my friends or family. We rented bikes through once upon a beach and they had them waiting for us upon our arrival. We also were able to check in two hours earlier, which was fabulous since we wanted to just hit the ground running. Ice cream spots, breakfast locations, and restaurants that were in walking distance were all we needed. We also took our own boat excursion out to do some fishing and came back to the kitchen and cooked up a delicious fresh fish dinner. Do yourself a favor and book it now. Everyone we encountered was lovely and I promise you will not be disappointed in Anna Maria Island.

Great rental for our family of four!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage property! Perfect location to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Easy access for fishing, paddle boarding etc. Nice pool to cool off in and pet friendly. Checks all the boxes for small family. Also parking was perfect for our car with jet ski trailer and golf cart! We hope to be back.

Great cottage

Had a great stay in the heart of AMI. The cottage was adorable and clean. Great pool and renovation in the back yard. Property management was easily available with anything we needed. Definitely would come back. Thanks!!!

Clean and great location

The house was the perfect size for our small family. It had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated and very clean! Beds were comfy! Pool area was wonderful! Management company was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Wish the AC could have gone a little lower to cool us off a bit more, but it didn’t bother us too much. We would definitely to go back to this house again!
