North Shore Garden Hideaway

This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment on a large gated lot in a very secluded neighborhood on the North Shore. It is a 3 minute drive from the property to the famous world class beaches and surfing. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and large bathroom with washer and dryer. Plenty of safe parking on the property. It is a downstairs apartment and the owner live upstairs. 


The apartment is the bottom unit of our home. Upstairs is occupied by owners and downstairs is our rental apartment. Separate entrances and parking from owners. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with full laundry. First bedroom has queen size bed and 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The kitchen has everything to make you feel like home. Full size oven and fridge. Toaster, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee pot etc. The bathroom has a toilet room and walk-in shower, vanity, full size washer and dryer. The apartment also has air conditioning to keep you comfortable.

We have lived on the property for over 30 years and are responsible adults in our 50's. We also like to have fun, on the weekends we may friends over for dinner parties and sometimes we may start our dirt bikes to go for a ride.
