Our exquisite 2 BR/2.5 BA Mediterranean style unit will sleep 6 comfortably and is located on the West end of the complex, which is perfect for watching those amazing sunsets! You have breathtaking Gulf views from anywhere in the condo including the large wrap-around balcony where you can drink your coffee or sip your wine while you watch for dolphins, listen to the surf or take a swim in the huge pool which is located in the center of the manicured grounds. This unit comes with free beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) beginning in early March until October 31.

Our condo is in pristine condition and features new kitchen stainless appliances, granite counters and new leather living room furniture to include a comfy recliner! The living room is styled with comfort in mind with a large flat screen tv and plenty of seating for your family. The master bedroom is very classy, includes a king size bed and comes with its own master bath. The master bath has a jetted tub, separate shower, dual sinks with granite counters and build-in makeup dresser. The second large bedroom features another king sized bed and also comes with its own bathroom. There is a half bath in the hall for guests. The couch pulls out to a queen bed for additional guests.

Unit 409D truly comes with everything you need to have an amazing vacation including three TVs, free high speed wireless internet, full size washer and dryer in its own laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
