Just minutes from the slopes, this three bedroom (with a loft), two bathroom condo provides breathtaking views that our realtor and friends consider some of the best in the valley. The spacious rooms offer plenty of space for family get-togethers of almost any size. With several beds and a convertible sofa, it should sleep up to 10 comfortably.

This space also has two hi-definition televisions, two DVD players, a great stereo system. For those who like to stay connected, there telephone and Wi-Fi connection. For those who like to stay fit, as we are members of Athletic Club access is available for additional fee.

With ski season to begin at the end of the November, don't miss out on this Winter Paradise.

Wonderful condo in Waterville Valley

Beautiful getaway

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views. Lovely back sunroom overlooking the mountains. Could have stayed in that spot for weeks relaxing!

Wonderful experience!

Our family had a lovely time at this well appointed condo. The owners were friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The condo has amazing views, it was clean, and spacious. We will definitely plan to go back!

Comfort with a view!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. This place was perfect for us. Close to town but quiet and out of the hustle and bustle. Beautiful view from the sun deck, perfect for coffee in the morning. Had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is nicely decorated and has everything you need. My grandson really liked the loft - having his own space to hang out. The view here is incredible. Close enough to walk to the pool and town center. It was perfect.

Charming home.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The photos are exactly as the home is. Cathy was far more worried about making sure I got in to the house and getting the WiFi password than I was, LOL. The house has lots of amenities. The location was great. We would stay here again!

Beautiful and Comfortable

An amazing long weekend with family! Condo was beautiful and Kathy was amazing! Met us at the condo and showed us everything and answered all of our questions. Location was great! The condo had everything we could of asked for. We would love to return!!

Family Friendly

Plenty of room for 7 of us. Kids enjoyed playing monopoly, trouble and Yahtzee, all found up in the loft. Plenty of linens and washer/dryer in the unit.

Very comfortable and plenty of room. Great view from the rear enclosed sitting area.

My wife and I spent a week and found the unit to be as advertised. The furnishing were tastefully done, The appliances all worked and the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The unit is obviously well cared for. The views of the mountains from the enclosed rear sitting area were beautiful; what away to wake up in the mornings. We had one minor issue with finicky internet that the owner quickly addressed. Would definitely stay again.

Nice accommodations and exceptional view of the mountains!!

My family really enjoyed staying in this condo for the extended holiday weekend. It is the second year in a row that we have reserved this unit, which works out quite well for us. We like to cook, read, and simply experience the great New England autumn weather. We were surprised to find the fees at the sports center had been raised to $15 per and $35 per family. and were disappointed that the ice skating arena was not open to the public. The walk down the hill to the Village is actually a good little work-out.

Condo is absolutely beautiful, that being said, it's not a great place if you have a family and you are looking for activities to do outside of hiking. On the website, stated access to the pool was included in the rental. Having young kids, this was appealing and primarily one of the reasons I chose to rent this. Come to find out, pool access costs $35 per day per family. There were two families. $70 a day to swim. If I had known this, I would've kept scrolling. Owners would not negotiate the money for the pool. Ended up spending way more than originally planned.

We’ve rented our Condo for 11 years and never once had this issue. We are sorry that your outside experience was not what you expected, Which was a surprise as we advised you PRIOR to taking occupancy that cost of athletic club was not included and that you would be fully refunded if you decided not to come. However, the party of 10 took occupancy still making an issue of athletic club fees. At that point we offered 1 free night and you could look into better accommodations. That offer was rejected after it was discovered that the rate we charged was considerably less than others in the area.

Spacious Townhome w/Great Views

My inlaws, husband and I, and our 2 yr old son, enjoyed our stay in Waterville. Our son stayed in the upstairs loft. Tons of books, toys and games for kids - this is much appreciated when traveling. Note there is a window (drywall cut out) overlooking the living room from the loft w/a gate to safety proof. We moved the bed away from the wall to ensure our son could not access this 'lookout'. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and large dining table for home cooked, family meals. We appreciated closets and dressers to unpack and organize our belongings. The enclosed patio off the master bedroom was a treat, with outstanding views. I had to work remotely one day of our stay and the views were a special treat while stuck inside. The townhome is about a half mile from the town center. The recreation center is close by (indoor/outdoor pool), and there is a grill that is located above the center. The owners were very responsive, and we appreciated a check out time extension, to accommodate our sons napping schedule and return flight. We would recommend this townhome to others.

Amazing stay

This rental was amazing. Coming into the place was clean and well maintained. The owners husband was very informative and welcoming. Everything you need (toiletry, cleaning suplies, kitchen supplies and so forth) was provided for us. If you have a child - from 2 years of age and up- you are all set! They have everything. The place is quite and you have everything within half a mile. We loved it. Our son was in heaven in his loft upstairs that provided everything a kid needed. They do not have air conditioning but that is due to the condo association; however, there are fans provided with each room and giant spacious windows. The view was absolutely amazing and breath taking. By far this place is paradise. Thank you so much Kathy for letting us have the opportunity to stay at your place.

Perfect Townhouse

The townhouse was spacious and comfortable with gorgeous views. This was our first time staying in Waterville Valley and the property was exactly what we expected. Kathy met us upon check in and showed us around. She was prompt and very pleasant. The house had everything we needed and felt like home. We would definitely come back here. Excellent property!

Fantastic Vacation Home with super host

This property is top-notch! The views of the mountains are breathtaking! We rented this house for Fall Weekend October 11-14. All the furnishings and appliances are high end. The Property has everything you needed. Our stay at this property was Seamless. The property looks exactly as shown in the picture. The property is well maintained. It makes you feel like you are staying in a Top Notch Resort. Mountain view from the Balcony with a cup of tea in the early Morning is remarkable and memorable. Kathy & Andy are Super Host. They are down to earth. To be honest,They charge very less compared to other property around the area. We have arrived 2 hours later than the expected time. Both Kathy and Andy were patiently waited and provided a warm welcome . They are attentive and reachable throughout our stay to answer our queries. We will definitely come back during Snow season .

This property is absolutely fantastic. It's spacious, nicely decorated, plenty of linen and towels, and very clean. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including wine glasses and beer pilsner glasses. There is an upstairs loft with games, a flat screen TV and lots of dvds for the kids to view. Also the upstairs bedroom has two twins and a full size bed. The kids had a ball up there. But the best part of this property is the view. The sunroom had a spectacular view of all the fall foliage with the backdrop of the mountains right in view. We just sat there and admired all that beauty. Thank you for making this one of the best vacations.

A couple in our mid-50's, we visited Waterville Valley with our family and were immediately hooked on the beauty of this little slice of wonderful. We put a lot of time into decorating our home away from home. Unfortunately, I had to make a decision to rent it out during my busiest time of the year so I get to enjoy it during the summer and fall seasons. We are looking to rent it to someone who can enjoy it as much as us.

It is the most relaxing place I have ever been to in my life. It felt that way when I first walked in and you will probably feel the same. The view of the mountain at sunrise and sunset will be more than enough for you to feel like you got this great space for a steal of a deal.
