Lakeside condo with beautiful views ! Huge dock for Kayaks, paddle boards and pool for the summer plunge!

GORGEOUS LAKE VIEWS! Come to Smith Lake and relax! Enjoy this perfect condo, complete with a spacious deck to enjoy the sunset. A dock with deep water off the dock for swimming fun. ! All the amenities you need with Smart TV, WiFi, board games, fully equipped kitchen, and gas grill (community grill) .

Enjoy the beautiful nature of Smith Lake or it is also a short drive into Cullman, for dining, shopping and local festivals!

2 full baths on the main level.

Huge dock, Swimming Pool (May- Sep). There are some steps to the dock. There is no power on the dock. Year round water. Great for kayaks and paddle boards.

PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day - Labor Day): We accept three (3) night reservations for the Peak season, with the exception of 4th of July week - 4th of July week has a 5 night minimum - OFF-SEASON (Labor Day-Memorial Day): 2 night minimum (except for Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Restrictions: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy of 8 has to be per-approved.

(Smith Lake is considered seasonal water and water levels fall low in late fall through the winter. There is no cable, but Wifi is available.)

Smith Lake Reunion

Beautiful lake and condo. It was a lovely home away from home. It was cozy and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Serenity

I hate to leave to good of a review due to the fact you all will want to stay there and I will never be able to get the dates I want. However, i Love this vacation home. Beautiful setting, great and responsive host. Close to Trident Marina which is where I keep my boat so it was super convenient. Do not hesitate book this property now.

My Serinity

Great Lake decor. Well stocked kitchen tools for our cooking in every morning and night. Owner provided a boat slip next to his for us. Bill was reachable and accommodating when the gate key for launching our boat did not work.

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing time at this property! It is probably my favorite spot we’ve rented on Smith Lake. The furniture was stylish and comfortable. The beds and sheets are high quality. The kitchen was nicely stocked in terms of dishes, pots and pans, spices, coffee, the works! The rooms even had their own sounds machines. The balcony has a gorgeous view, and the pool is just a short walk. Access to the boat dock is super convenient and Bill and Georgia made everything super convenient. Will be back for sure!

We were so very pleased to find the condo in the condition the pictures showed. It was so much nicer than we anticipated and although it rained all weekend, we were able to enjoy some peace and quiet. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again. And I have to say for the owners to leave spices, salt, pepper and sugar was above and beyond and VERY much appreciated. If you're looking for a well kept, well stocked and roomy condo, this one is by far the best. Thank you for sharing your home!

Absolutely fabulous condo!

This is a fantastic condo. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! Everything in the description is spot on. The condo is clean, very well appointed, beautiful furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds and the view on the balcony was amazing! We will definitely stay here again! The location was great. We didn’t use the pool but many others were enjoying it and it looked clean and well maintained. Bill was so easy to work with and responsive. Everything was great. Highly recommend!

We just love this condo

We have stayed here two times now. Both times have been wonderful experiences. The owner is so easy to work with. The condo is stocked nicely with everything you need. I even did a good bit of cooking in it this time and it was easy to cook with the tools that they had there to use. The balcony is our favorite part and we so enjoyed sitting out there and talking for hours. We even rent a JetSki‘s from the marina next-door this time which was a lot of fun. The beds are super comfy. The condo is very clean and has such a warm and cozy feel. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Getaway

We stayed at this property to attend a wedding at The Barn Smith Lake. We were absolutely blown away by this condo. It is absolutely immaculate! We absolutely plan to stay here again during the summer months when we can enjoy lake activities!

Short & Sweet

We enjoyed our stay although it was only for three days while we were in town for a weeding. We were able to rent a boat and enjoy the lake on Friday and the pool on Saturday. We will most likely rent again in the future.

The only drawback to renting at Waterford is the elevator is broken. I think they are waiting on the parts.
