Comfortable, Spacious
Property is spacious and comfortable for 4 people. It is a 10 minute walk to the closest tub station and there is a small grocery store about a 5 minute walk. The owner is available and checked in with us in the first couple to days to be sure we did not have questions about getting around London or about the unit. The unit is part of a large complex but is on the ground floor at the corner of the building with the parking spot right outside. This made getting luggage and other stuff in and out of the unit very easy. The unit also has a lot pots and dishes if you are cooking.

The description of the check in process is misleading. The host gave us two address, actually it is the same place but he gave two versions of the address description and therefore , it enables me to think the key box and the living place are two different location , and unfortunately , when I asked the people pass by me on the street, they guided me to different place. The day when I checked in, the weather in Harrow in the hill was freezing and heavily raining. It was so nervous at that time. So I suggest the description of guiding guests for the checking in should be precise and simple .

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately our apartment is positioned slightly different to all other apartments in the community block which is why the instructions may get confusing. However, as it is still part of the block, without referencing the community- it would not be found. Which is why we mention the community but to avoid the guest following the generic route to the community apartments, we have the additional specific instructions for our specific apartment to support.

Great location and home away from home
The property was clean and airy, lots of natural light. Very comfortable for family of 4. We stayed for almost 3 weeks.
The host was easy to contact and responsive both before and during our stay.
There weren’t any hand towels but the host helped to resolve that. The cleaning service could have been better because we were there for multiple weeks. The cleaning lady was lovely and came after the first week, we expected a second clean and had prearranged it but it didn’t happen.
We also reported the shower and bathtub were extremely slow to drain water. I don’t know if this was resolved after we left.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home.

Goed uitgangspunt voor west londen
Het apartement is ruim, schoon en netjes. Je auto kun je op een eigen parkeerplaats direct voor de deur parkeren. Naar de trein en metro is 7 tot 8 minuten lopen. Kortom een perfecte locatie om Londen te bezoeken, waarbij je gemakkelijk met de auto naar windsor castle, oxford of de harry potter studios kunt.

Beautiful newly furbished apartment. In a lovely residential area but close to local amenities. Safe and secure block of apartments and situated on the lower slopes of Harrow on the Hill. Features include gated entrance, allocated parking, high spec modern interiors, nearly 900 sq ft living accomodation, two double bedrooms, ensuite to master bedroom. The property has fantastic access to Sudbury Hill Piccadilly line train station, a short drive from the A40 both providing excellent access to central London and easy access to Harrow On The Hill, Wembley and Greenford.
