There is a 110 m² large and newly furnished 4-room apartment with underfloor heating available. The apartment is in the 1. Floor. The rooms are captivating due to the combination of modern furnishings with visible trussed ceilings and skylights embedded in the ceilings. The large living and dining area, and a bedroom are equipped with large curved windows of about 2.10 x 2.15 m. There are 3 bedrooms with two single beds available, which can be put together in 2 rooms. We do not offer extra beds. However, all bedrooms are so large that you can build your baby's travel cot there at no extra charge. Furthermore, two high chairs for children up to 3 years (max 15kg) and a junior chair (recommended from 3 years) are available. The living area is furnished with a cushioned corner with bed function and center of the apartment, d. On the ground floor, we have set up a 32m² room with tables, chairs and a large fridge. This room is great for small well-groomed parties, courses or seminars and is provided to you at no extra cost when booking both apartments together.

The house has two apartments. A 110m² 4-room apartment and a 3-room apartment with 50m². Both apartments are in the 1. Floor. The larger apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults, in the 50m² apartment can accommodate 4 people.

On the ground floor we have furnished a 32 m² room with tables, chairs and a large fridge. This room is great for small well-groomed parties, courses or seminars and is provided to you at no extra cost when booking both apartments together. In the outdoor area there are parking spaces and for each accommodation there is a barbecue area with garden furniture. Bicycles can be parked on and in the building. The building also has a washer dryer.
