The cozy, high-quality furnished apartment, measuring 80 m², meets the highest standards (hardwood floors, wood-burning stove).<br><br>Amenities:<br>Feel right at home in a spacious and cozy south-facing kitchen-diner, equipped with a dining table for 6 people, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a Bora cooktop with an integrated extractor fan in the ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker and Nespresso machine, a milk frother, a kettle, and a toaster, etc. <br>You’re welcome to use the Weber gas grill on the 35 m² south-facing terrace.<br>Basic kitchen supplies such as olive oil, vinegar, spices, and organic dish soap are provided.<br><br>The bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed measuring 1.60 m by 2.00 m, a wardrobe, and a dresser.<br><br>The south-facing living room/bedroom, featuring a large window and a view of the garden, is equipped with a 1.60 m by 2.00 m sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a desk, and an additional wood-burning stove.<br><br>The designer bathroom features a large shower, a heated towel rack, and heated floors.<br><br>The hallway has an additional closet for storing clothes.<br><br>In the basement, there is a shared washing machine. An iron and an ironing board are provided.<br><br>Bed linens (including spare sets) as well as hand towels and dish towels are provided. <br><br>Other:<br>Final cleaning (60 euros) and the visitor’s tax are to be paid separately. <br>Internet access and Wi-Fi are available. Pets are not allowed. A parking space for your car is available in front of the house.
