Site 1620 is a cozy, newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage located inside Ocean Lakes Family Campground! This house accommodates up to 7 people and comes with one complimentary golf cart. Must be 21 to drive the golf cart and 25 years of age to rent!

There is a large living area with new flooring throughout the house. Comes with a well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances, utensils, dishes, pots, and pans you need to make a homemade meal ( no dishwasher). There is a custom-made coffee bar for your enjoyment!! There are smart TVs in the living room, each bedroom, and on the large covered porch. The house also has a gas grill for your enjoyment.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full in addition to a twin air mattress. This house is pet-friendly for up to 3 dogs of any size as long as they are a breed on the Ocean Lakes approved list. There is also a non-refundable pet fee per pet. This is a smoke-free home! You may smoke outside on the porch...you must dispose of the butts/ashes appropriately! You need to bring all paper products with you.
***Linens are ONLY included with the rental FROM MAY 18, 2024 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 6, 2024. The linen package includes the following: bed sheets and pillowcases, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, cosmetic removal cloths, and bath mats. Pillows, comforters/quilts, and mattress pads are provided. THE LINEN PACKAGE CAN BE PURCHASED IN THE OFF-SEASON UPON REQUEST!

**Ocean Lakes charges $15 per day per vehicle to park..It's $12 per day per vehicle if you utilize express check-in. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATE AND IS PAID DIRECTLY TO OCEAN LAKES!

Once full payment is received for the rental I will enter the authorization for you to stay at my house into Ocean Lakes Portal. They will in turn send you an email requesting info and payment. After you have paid for your parking passes Ocean Lakes will mail them directly to you.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4 PM ( NO EARLY CHECK-INS ARE ALLOWED UNLESS OTHERWISE ARRANGED AHEAD OF TIME!).
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10 AM: THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED DUE TO THE LIMITED AMOUNT OF TIME TO CLEAN HOUSES BETWEEN RENTERS. IF YOU CHECK OUT ANY LATER THAN 10 AM EXACTLY SOME OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE WITHHELD!

Great Little Beach House

We came for fall break to do all things Halloween. OL never disappoints. This little beach house has a spacious floor plan that would work well for a family or two couples. It’s in a quiet location and had everything you need for a great vacation including a golf cart. Owners were very easy to communicate with and helpful. I would rent from them and this house again.

Nice little place

It had everything we needed. Had a problem with a linen package, but Tonya fixed it immediately. The golf cart is a deffenetly a plus. Would stay there again.

Great Stay

The property was exactly as listed and we enjoyed ourselves. Great location, just the perfect size for the three of us, and the golf cart was a huge benefit. I enjoyed the cool fall evenings on the front porch. There is also a very nice custom built coffee bar to enjoy. Everything was very clean. We had no issues during our stay and the owners are very welcoming and communicative. Ocean Lakes is always a win-win. This house is in a quiet area yet very accessible to all of the activities.

What an amazing place!

Wow! Ocean lakes is an amazing spot for a family vacation! We had a wonderful time. Tanya and her husband were amazing hosts! They were great communicating with us and their property was perfect for the four of us! It was clean and she didn’t charge us extra for using her golf cart! And trust me you need a golf cart when your in ocean lakes( they have a golf cart parade every night). There is so much to do… 2 pools, water park, right next to beach, basketball, arcade, plus a lot more. Our kids loved it here and we plan on coming back next year with the whole family! Thank you Tonya for everything, we will be back next year!

Very dissatisfied

My husband and I planned a trip to take our daughter and her boyfriend to the beach for their graduation. The 3 of them left on Saturday and I was going to join them on the following Wednesday because I had to work. I explained all of this to the property owner. On Tuesday I received a frantic phone call from my daughter saying that a lady came into the house without knocking! And interrogated her! My husband had gone to the grocery store at the time and while he was out he got an emergency call from work and was going to have to leave. I received a call from the property owner and she told me that “some black boy was riding up and down the beach in a green truck” and they were looking for him. My daughters boyfriend is black. She insinuated that she had a problem with black people. The tone in her voice was off when she would talk about black people. Come to find out my daughters boyfriend was at the house and his green truck was there parked on the side. So he had not been riding anywhere and his truck had not moved since they got to the beach. The property owner was going to kick my daughter and her boyfriend out without even letting me explain what my plans were to have someone come stay with them. I’d never let my daughter and her boyfriend stay by themselves at the beach for a week without an adult with them! Even though my daughter is 18! I got my daughters boyfriend’s mom to go stay with them. My mom has pancreatic cancer and she was rushed to the hospital and the doctor called the family in because it has now spread to her liver and stomach. I told the property owner this. She didn’t have any regard for what I was going through at all. Here it was my daughters graduation, our family trip we had planned for the beach for her, and then it was like the flood gates were let down! I didn’t want to ruin my daughters most exciting time in her life so I tried to make the best of it.. all the while going through the worst time in my life with my mom dying of cancer. And this property owner on top of everything sends me an email saying she’s charging me $500.00 for property damage!!! But in the description she didn’t say anything about property being damaged. She portrayed it as me and my husband rented a beach home for my daughter and her boyfriend! And said my daughters boyfriend told her the truth!? He is a 17 year old kid being interrogated by an adult. Of course he would say anything they want to hear just to make her stop the interrogation!

Fun at Ocean Lakes

The property was just as it looks on line. Tonya the owner was a pleasure to speak with, always available and helpful. Will definitely stay at her properties again. The only negative is the parking, barely room for 2 small vehicles. Overall very pleased. Thank you Tonya.
