Perfect locale

We had a group of high school aged kids in town to sail at the yacht club. This house was perfect location/size for our group. Everything was very clean and well supplied; the manager was very responsive. We would definitely rent again.

This property was fantastic! The property manager thought of everything to make you comfortable and the cottage was immaculate. The location was perfect! I highly recommend it and I look forward to staying again.

Thanksgiving and Nephew's Wedding Weekend

We had a great time. Owner was very accommodating, and quick to answer any questions. Property was perfect for what we needed, and was close to all the weekend festivities. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend it to our family and friends.

Easter at Pass Christian

We had a wonderful stay in Pass Christian for Easter. We loved the property and the location. It could not have been better. We downtown area with the coffee shops, restaurants and shops were perfect for our family. Thank you for a great, easy, relaxing trip!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

Property was beautiful and as described. We had one small issue during the stay and it was addressed immediately. We stayed the week between Christmas and New Years and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing week. Nothing was crowded and everything was still decorated for the Holidays. If you come around this time I recommend going to the Gulfport Lights display and a night in downtown Ocean Springs.

Great Host, Wonderful House

We love visiting Pass and have come down for spring break many years. We usually get a different VRBO each time. No more roulette wheel for us - we'll be staying with Kristin at this house! The house is immaculate with plenty of space for a family to spread out a bit. The furniture is comfortable and the house has everything you could need. We loved it!

Perfect location for JTC

Except for the train rolling through blowing the horn which the owner has no control over. This was the perfect house for Jeepin the Coast. We were smack dab in the middle of everything which meant it was no more than 15-20 minutes away from all events. The owners were extremely accommodating. Great location & great house!

Wow!! What a GREAT stay. Perfect location. Just a 5 minute walk from the happening little town. I hope we can stay here next year. BEAUTIFUL home with a relaxing feel. Family visit

We stayed in Kristin’s home and it is the nicest home we have ever stayed in. There is no detail she hasn’t thought about and covered. The house is beautiful. All beds so so comfortable. Great linens and kitchen really well-equipped. Don’t hesitate! It’s wonderful. And the Mississippi Gulf Coast is beautiful in the late fall.

Fantastic stay!

Our family came to stay for the weekend, returning home for a bit and I can't say more about how great this property is. Kristin thought of everything you could possibly need and provided it. The location is second to none, and the decor and little touches made me hate to leave. Excellent communication, plenty of space. I could go on and on... Even the checkout process was great. Fantastic!! Can't wait to come back.

Incredible Week

My husband and I, along with our two grown boys, came to visit for a whole week. It was an incredible location mixed with incredible weather!!!!! We got to stay near dear friends and visit each town along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Kristin was an amazing host and she thought of everything to make your experience the best. My four year old grandson came to visit one night for a sleepover and he camped out In the living room! We played in the sand at the beach for hours and he had a great time. We will be coming back!

New and very well equipped property that is more than comfortable.

This new home is fitted with very comfortable furniture, new appliances and every amenity/supply you could possibly expect in a VRBO and a few more. Communication with the owner was expedient, check-in and check-out procedures were straight forward and easy. The property has views of the gulf and is very close to several terrific restaurants, if you don't want to cook/grill your catch at home. If we return to Pass Christian, we will definitely try to book here again.
