Lake Grassy Getaway

Escape from reality for a bit in a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, waterfront home with direct access to the calm waters of Lake Grassy. Explore in one of five kayaks available for use, enjoy the large deck great for bird watching and otter spotting, or hang out on the fishing dock in hopes of catching your own dinner. On cool nights, light up the fire pit with logs from the nearby rack. This home sits on a 120’ double lot with plenty of room for the kids to run around or play some games outdoors in the fenced in side yard.

If you are a crafter, this is your place! The living room is set up with 9 five-foot tables and comfy rolling chairs. Gather your friends and enjoy some time away to work on your projects. Insider’s tip- these tables are great for doing puzzles and board games, too!

However you wish to spend your time here, you won’t need to bring much along. The house is fully stocked with towels and linens, kitchen equipment, and a full size washer & dryer.

Just 2 hours from Disney World, Orlando as well as coastal beaches.

The primary bedroom includes a queen bed as well as 3 twin beds. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a private toilet/shower room, a large tub, and a double-sink vanity. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a twin bed while the third bedroom has two queens. The second and third bedroom share the hallway bathroom with a private shower/toilet room and a single-sink vanity.

Families and children are welcome, but please note there are not any child-proofing features in the home. No pets and no smoking allowed on the property. No parking on the grass please due to the sprinkler heads.
