Updated and spacious open concept condo by the water with updated gourmet kitchen and shower. Enjoy a night time cocktail or meal while overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean. High ceilings with skylight windows bring an abundance of natural light, air conditioning for hot summer days. Local restaurants, stores, bike path are within walking distance. All amenities including internet, Netflix, Alexa! Short drive to amusements parks (Legoland, Seaworld) and world famous San Diego Zoo and Wildlife Park. 2 Boogie Boards too!

Comfortable Condo with a Great Location

We stayed at David’s condo the month of January. The condo has many delightful amenities and is within walking distance of some very nice eating establishments. The view of the Pier and Ruby’s is awesome from the condo. The beach and Strand are only a hundred feet from the entryway where we enjoyed daily walks, watching the dolphins playing in the waves, and hardy surfers catching the perfect wave. Because of the COVID pandemic we restricted ourselves to patio dining and take-out. We enjoyed The Cup just across the street where we enjoyed their breakfast sandwich and coffee, SK Doughnut with delicious pastry at a very low price, and Sacho’s Tacos which offers delicious fish and shrimp tacos as well as great beverages. The condo building is pleasant, safe, and quiet. We spent our evenings watching movies on Netflix with the glow of the fireplace adding to the pleasant atmosphere. Very relaxing & enjoyable. David was the perfect host. He responded to all our requests or concerns within a few minutes. The on street parking was not a problem for us. During our month here we were always able to locate a parking spot close to the condo.

This property is amazing! The host has thought of everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The property has a breathtaking view, but is still far enough from the hustle and bustle to have your own private get away. We will definitely be back for another stay soon.

Quite Comfortable

This unit is as advertised. Very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you’d need. Everything within 5 min walking distance. Oceanside is a cool little place with a great vibe, this unit is in the heart of it. I would return 100%.

Well appointed and perfectly situated

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay in Oceanside! The property was clean, cozy, and the proximity to the beach was awesome. The bed was super comfy and the neighborhood quiet, so we all slept pretty soundly. As a single mom, traveling with my two kids, we felt very safe and at home at David's condo. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful with the information, suggestions, and tips provided. Check in and check out were super simple. Only problem was...we didn't want to go when it was time to leave. Can't wait to visit again when the days are longer and we have more opportunities to catch those beautiful sunsets.

Very Comfortable & Convenient

My husband and I were in Oceanside for the Ironman 70.3 race and this rental worked out fantastic for us. We were walking distance from all the festivities as well as from the pier and lots of restaurants. The property itself was very well appointed with supplies and very comfortable and nicely furnished. We'd stay there again!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect for a group of 4 or less. The walk to the sand takes about 10-15 minutes but it’s a beautiful walk on the strand and there is plenty to do close by. We enjoyed renting a surrey and hanging out by the pier. Hosts were easy to communicate with and had great suggestions for our stay. Oh, and the sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Would like to return!

Great spot in Oceanside!

Balcony perfect for people/ocean watching. Store 1 minute walking distance, with a great coffee/breakfast right next door to the store. 1 minute to the oceanfront. Just loved it. Place was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Super beach access, but very quiet. Enjoyed the A/C to sleep at night. Have been to Oceanside many times and the area has certainly evolved into a great vacation spot. Love the access to the Coaster too! we are already planning our next trip.. Sue and Lee

We loved our mini vacation here . First time in Oceanside and totally fell in love with the city.

Relaxing beach stay

This condo is a terrific deal. So close to the water, comfortable interior furnishings, and surprisingly easy street parking. The small balcony is perfect for people and dog watching, sunset viewing and enjoying a glass of wine. We all enjoyed our getaway immensely and David M. is an attentive host. Great Oceanside Getaway

Wonderful location at the end of the strand. Short walk to the pier that includes a playground for small kids, an awesome fish restaurant we ate at most everyday (Tin Fish), and other places to snack. It was quiet (no wild spring breaks going on!) and the all of the people we ran into were super friendly. We never even made it into the official town of Oceanside, we were just so happy being in the condo and at the beach! The condo is equipped with many amenities, including a fully functional kitchen with everything you need for cooking in. There is a little market for snacks and drinks, just kiddie corner from the condo. The view of the beach is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!!

Home away from home!

We spent spring break at this property and it was very clean and organized. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It has a well equipped kitchen, up to date entertainment system, soft/fluffy king size bed and the shower was to die for! It is a very short walk to the strand and finding parking on the street was easy. David and Lourdes have thought of everything to make guests comfortable. We highly recommend this place!

Oceanside has great energy, friendliness and easy to walk to what I consider San Diego's best restaurants.

Enjoy the spacious open floor plan with an amazing view of the ocean. Location is incredible; quick walk to the downtown but we get to experience fewer crowds by being on the peripheral yet next to local hotspots; The Cup, Communal-Bixby-Bottlecraft beer-wine (music & events) Bagby Beer, Vital Climbing Gym, e-bike rental shop.

There are only six condos, it's quiet, friendly, nobody above, and it's on the second-safe floor. This condo is the only one with A/C, a vaulted ceilings and additional windows allowing natural sunlight.
