All amenities including internet, Netflix, Alexa! Short drive to amusements parks (Legoland, Seaworld) and world famous San Diego Zoo and Wildlife Park. 2 Boogie Boards too!

Fantastic host, beautiful condo, perfect location

David made everything smooth and easy. His condo is beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed being just steps from the beach and the harbor, and a short walk to the pier and downtown OSide. It was a relaxing stay!

Beach Front Bargain

Even though we weren’t right on the beach, we were so close and had such a great view that it felt like we were. Coffee, restaurants and corner market were super close. The owner was always available to answer questions and we would definitely love to rent this place again in the future.

Perfect down to every tiny detail

We stayed here for the Oceanside Half Ironman weekend and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Perfectly located near the strand and many restaurants within walking distance. The condo was immaculate and anything you could possibly need was available, seriously everything. We absolutely loved it and would strongly recommend.

Close to the beach!

The property is just as described. Very clean and close to the beach. Parking can be a little crazy on the weekends. Bring some quarters as the washer is 1.50 and the dryer is 1.00. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect vacation getaway!

The location was perfect for a beach vacation. The upgrades to the condo were amazing. Definitely reccomend this location. I have no complaints whatsoever! Short walk to the beach, beautiful view from the balcony, amazing bed! All of it was amazing! The owners are so kind and courteous! Hope to stay again the future!

Most perfect spot in Oceanside

Beautiful place! Porch/patio has a wonderful view of the ocean and it is perfect for people watching. Location is GREAT! Short walk to the beach, to The Cup and Wisconsin Market; short bike riding to lots of GREAT places. This condo is also perfect for watching the sunset each night. Comfy bed, great shower and ladies there is a magnifying mirror for each make-up application!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Perfect for a group of 4 or less. The walk to the sand takes about 10-15 minutes but it’s a beautiful walk on the strand and there is plenty to do close by. We enjoyed renting a surrey and hanging out by the pier. Hosts were easy to communicate with and had great suggestions for our stay. Oh, and the sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Would like to return!

Great Oceanside location

My husband and I spent two weeks in this rental, and loved the location with an ocean view, and steps from the beach. We were pleased with the comforts of home. Comfortable mattress, pillows and a wonderful shower. We enjoyed relaxing in the living area with the remote fireplace and candles. David and his wife were quick to respond to any issues that came up. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect!

Dave & Lourdes extended a lot of care and thoughtfulness for guests at this condo. So many things I loved I don’t know where to start. Great location, quiet and a few minutes walk to restaurants. Enjoyed Restaurants: Bagby beer and the flying pig. Kitchen fully stocked. Overall great place to stay my husband and I are grateful we stayed here. !!!

Clean and close property to the beach!

We had a positive experience visiting Oceanside for the first time. From our first inquiry to our check out time, David was extremely attentive and professional and took the time to address our concerns and questions. The property was clean and very close walking distance to the beach with great views. We found the place to be a little too small for our family of four and our sleeping arrangement was a little challenging! This place is a perfect couple getaway close to the beach. Thank you for hosting us David and being so flexible and accomidating during our stay.

Nicely done with comfortable furniture!

The property was beautiful it self. Close to the ocean and enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the ocean. We couldn't get the ac in bedroom for the hose to reach window. And the cleaning fee for a 3 day stay was high. Notes in co do were very helpful. We would stay here again we were very comfortable. Thanks so much!

Beautiful Property

This property was everything we were expecting and more. The location was perfect. Just a quick walk across the street and you’re on the beach! We walked to the Pier almost every day and the sunsets were amazing to watch from either the beach or the balcony. David & Lourdes provides us with tons of activities that were going on during the week of our stay, so we had an idea of what we could do each day before we even arrived in California. The condo was beautiful and was stocked with everything we needed. We had a great time! Thanks again David and Lourdes!

Exceeded Expectations !

This condo was everything you could want. It is tastefully decorated...walking distance to beach, pier, coffee shop, and other conveniences but a little ways away from the downtown experience of Oceanside. The attention to detail from the décor to the little notes on every electronic device to ensure easy use was amazing. David was wonderful to deal with from the start, extremely responsive and accommodating in every way possible. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you again David for a great experience !

Great Location, Amenities and Cool Ocean Breezes!

We recently spent a few days in this well-furnished condo on the beach In Oceanside. The owners have created a warm, inviting spot with exquisite attention to the many amenities that deserve a 5-star review: comfortable beds, luxury bedding, a great shower, sharp knives, a versatile patio with a pop-up table, many in-home entertainment options, and a great location that allows you to be right in the middle of beach life or enjoying a great meal at a near-by restaurant (by all means try The Flying Pig), or quietly sitting on the patio with a good book and a glass of wine. Oceanside has great energy, friendliness and easy to walk to what I consider San Diego's best restaurants.

Enjoy the spacious open floor plan with an amazing view of the ocean. Location is incredible; quick walk to the downtown but we get to experience fewer crowds by being on the peripheral yet next to local hotspots; The Cup, Communal-Bixby-Bottlecraft beer-wine (music & events) Bagby Beer, Vital Climbing Gym, e-bike rental shop.

There are only six condos, it's quiet, friendly, nobody above, and it's on the second-safe floor. This condo is the only one with A/C, a vaulted ceilings and additional windows allowing natural sunlight.
