Newly Renovated Home near Kalahari Resorts

Our Round Rock home has been recently renovated as of December 2023. We invite you to come stay in our city a few miles from Austin. Our location is one of our best features because we offer all the amenities of our bigger sister city without any of the hassle. But we are close enough that any guest will enjoy taking a trek out to Austin and returning later that day to the peace and serenity of our quiet yet comfortable dwelling.

Our home offers the perfect family/group environment. The open concept floor plan ensures no one feel excluded and offers plenty of space. The modern kitchen provides all the accessories needed to create a truly home cooked meal. While the living room is a great gathering location. Our three bedrooms offer ample sleeping for a large family or group. We also have a great trail and community pool.

Guest will have access to the entire house with exception of a closet or space which is used to store extra house inventory.

The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city. The community has a beautiful pool, awesome trails, basketball court, softball , tennis courts, and playgrounds

Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

We are 2 miles from the Kalahari Resort which is one of the largest indoor waterparks in North America.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED OVERNIGHT GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized overnight guest.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.
