Thank you for your feedback, Leah. We’re glad you found the property beautiful and comfortable. We were hoping the efforts made to address the concerns during your stay would have led to a more positive overall experience. As soon as you let us know about the wasps, our Property Manager went to the home that same day to treat the area around the pool. We completely understand that you still didn’t feel comfortable using it afterward, especially with a young child, and we’ll be reinforcing our inspections for any potential wasp nests around the property. Regarding the ceiling cover, our team also attempted to address it during your stay. Since no one was home at the time, we did not enter the property without prior authorization. The ceiling patches were properly repaired after check-out. We appreciate your feedback and hope that, despite these issues, you enjoyed your stay overall. We’d be happy to welcome you back in the future.
