You live here in a very beautiful, 54 sqm large, well-kept and luxurious ambience. We like subtle colors, reduced furnishings and yet a certain comfort. We offer all this to our guests in our apartment, which we have furnished with love and a sense of beauty, as if we were living there ourselves. Our apartment is located in an exclusive residential area.

There is a light-flooded living and dining area with parquet floor. A solid wood dining table with 4 Echleder designer chairs, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator with freezer, dishes by Villeroy & Boch, pots by Silit or WMF, Senseo coffee machine and all kitchen utensils to cook and bake.

The living area has a floor to ceiling aluminum window front with French windows to the terrace side. There is a comfortable sofa that can be pulled out to relax. Enjoy from the sofa or from the terrace the panoramic view over the Umlachtal and the sunset, and from the dining area the view to the Kreuzberg, which is lit up in the Advent and Easter time atmospherically. The modern coffee table and the modern sideboard harmoniously match each other and fit into the overall composition of the entire interior.

A modern stereo system, a 48 "flat screen, blue-ray player, and free Wi-Fi are available.

In the bedroom is an elegant box spring double bed 180x220cm. In addition, your night reading in bed can be comfortably read with a reading light.
