Victorian charm meets modern elegance in this newly-renovated shoreside home. Built in 1885 and fully renovated in 2022, this impeccable shore-side home comes complete for your stay with: high speed WIFI, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in each bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and so much more. Multiple spaces available throughout the home for relaxation and gatherings; from the wrap-around front porch to kitchen island with ample seating and a full dining room for more formal affairs. Spend your days at the beach (only 1 mile away from the property) and unwind the evenings in the large, private backyard, we allowed small no-shouting dogs. Home includes outside shower, 6 beach chairs, 4 Manasquan Beach Badges

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay! The kitchen was great for cooking all the fixings, and the home is cozy and warm. Jim and Jane are friendly and available for any questions. Manasquan is a cute little town!!

Beautiful home in a charming area

This is a beautiful home in a cute area. The owners are responsive accommodating. We traveled as a family with young kids and there was lots to do in the area. We went to the Jenkins aquarium, the boardwalk, bowling and shopping on the Main Street. Most things were a 5 min. drive from the home. There's also a park nearby but because there was a heat wave during our stay we didn't do many outdoor activities. My favorite feature is the large dreamy porch. It's also in a cute area with some consignment shops, a great coffee spot and an Italian upscale deli. Worth noting- the home includes 4 adult beach passes and they have beach chairs, a beach umbrella and bikes. The beach does not allow tents, only ones with a single pole so for larger families, check-out the single pole cabanas online. Those provide more coverage.

5 Stars - Perfect Getaway Rain or Shine!

We absolutely loved our stay!! The house was the perfect mix of cozy and spacious- beautifully maintained inside and out and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials! There were games, books and relaxing chairs both on the front porch and the back deck which we used as much as possible!!! It was a super easy walk to restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc. There were also bikes and beach accessories ready to go if you are up for that. You can really tell the hosts put a ton of care into every detail . HIGHLY recommend and we can't wait to go back!!! :)

Wedding Guest Weekend

Our group stayed here for a wedding in Silver Lake, and this property was perfect for the purpose. Extremely well stocked, close to restaurants and shops and very walkable. Hosts were communicative and knowledgeable. house was stacked with everything that you could have needed!

Great Property!

House was clean and beautiful with a fantastic location - walkable to everything downtown. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly with answers to our questions. Beds were comfortable and there were more than enough towels for everyone in our group. Lovey property - highly recommend!

Manasquan house

Great stay, very accurate to the listing, steps away from Main Street. Was a great fall getaway, and the house was exactly as advertised. Jim and Jane were extremely knowledgeable about the area and helpful. Would rent again.

Impeccable Home

This home was exceptional in every way beginning with the hosts. Jim was proactive with information and uber responsive when we had questions. The location is superb; a 1-2 minute walk to Main Street yet the property is peaceful and quiet. The beach is a little over a mile away and the house includes a couple of cruiser bikes if you don’t want to walk it or drive. We enjoyed the walk. The kitchen is stocked with just about any small appliance or tool you might need. The major appliances appeared to be brand new…and very high end. The bathrooms are spotless and modern. As a plant person, I appreciated the charming landscaping! The owners showed attention to detail and its clear they want their guests to feel welcome. Bottom line, this home is impeccable and we hope to visit again!

Jim and Jane have a fantastic property right off downtown Manasquan. The house is clean, the rooms are nice, the town is great. Jim is very communicative when needed, he let us know about all amenities at the house and in the area. I would highly recommend this property to all friends and family.

Beautiful historic home in downtown Manasquan.

The centrally located home allowed us to walk to nice eateries and shop. The home is well appointed and the kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the owners were easy and they were very generous to our wants and needs. It was a lovely stay for my small family.

Amazing location, beautiful home!

This rental might be one of favorite rentals I’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautiful and extremely clean! There was plenty of room for me and my friends! We immediately felt at home! The amenities especially the bikes and beach badges were a huge plus and very much enjoyed! Another plus was the house was dog friendly and the backyard was completely fenced in! It’s always nice to bring our pup with us! One of the best parts was the location! Literally right around the corner from the Main Street! And lastly, Jim was an incredible host! So easy to get in touch with and gave us very detailed recommendations and instructions for the house! It made the stay even easier! Wish the house wasn’t fully booked for the summer because I would 100% stay here again! Thanks again Jim and Jane!

Perfect Rental on the Jersey Shore

This classic home with modern updates is a perfect home for families looking to visit the Jersey Shore. The house is a half block away from downtown, yet quiet and peaceful. Jim and Jane give you everything you could ask for including bikes, beach passes, beach chairs, and all of the home essentials… making this quaint home a perfect beach getaway without feeling crammed near the water. Everything inside the home has been updated/renovated recently as the bedrooms, bathroom, and living spaces are all beautiful and spacious. The outdoor area is closed in for dogs and the flowers are beautiful. The backyard patio also faces west for sundowns. We would recommend this home to anyone who has 2-3 couples or kids as there are 3 separate bedrooms and great living spaces. Communication was also amazing! Can’t wait to rent here again soon.

You MUST stay here!

Words can’t explain how absolutely stunning this home is! All of the rooms are carefully curated and thoughtfully organized. We spent majority of our time in the sunroom and on the back porch because we couldn’t get enough of the backyard. You are less than a 5 minute walk to so many wonderful restaurants and shops and only a short bike ride to the beach (which they provide - so amazing!). Not to mention Jane was the most gracious host. Ample information was immediately provided to where we never had to even ask a question. If we are ever in the area again, we will not hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect house

This house was perfect it was clean and updated and looked even better than then pictures! The owners were super nice and answered any and all questions quickly. I would highly recommend staying at this house it is close to everything!

In this latest renovation project, their goal was to bring a sleek, modern ambiance to this historic Victorian home. With a bit of work and a lot of vision/experience, they've turned this timeless home into the ultimate shore space, with open concept elements and fully modern amenities, while also keeping the core structure and key charms (stained glass windows, original hardware and trademark hardwood floors) fully in tact.
