The Space:
Stay in My District Raleigh Hills! Tastefully designed with modern finishes and decor. This 1 bedroom, single level guest home, is spacious, bright and tastefully appointed. Nestled down a private driveway, with a great outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. You will be hidden in a quiet culdesac, with all of the conveniences of the City. New finishes and comfortable spaces to relax, will help you to enjoy your home away from home. Convenient to SW Beaverton Hillsdale Highway & US 26 in the Raleigh Hills SW Portland neighborhood. Close to shopping, dining & entertainment and 15 min. to Downtown Portland. This NEW private guest house was designed with guest comfort in mind. Modern finishes and upgrades offer plenty of style in this cozy space. 500 ft.² featuring One bedroom/ sofa bed / 1 full bath. Sleeps up to 4. Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, FREE Parking, Smart TV & WIFI.

Get cozy in the living area, featuring comfortable couch that converts to a Queen size sofa sleeper. Flat screen TV with Smart Apps, make for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch stream a movie! There is also a work space/table in the open living area with ample space for working from home.

Fully stocked kitchen is open to living area and efficiently stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. Full size stainless appliances including refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, & coffee maker. Plenty of spices, Utensils and cookware make eating in simple. Complete with a dining table and seating for up to (2).

The master bedroom, features a king size bed with comfortable, crisp linens. There is closet space for hanging clothes, and storing personal items.

Bright and modern bathroom with large shower, and high quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, Iron & ironing board complete the necessities!

Stacking Washer & Dryer for guests use is located in Kitchen.

Outdoor space with private patio, table & chairs for outside dining in the summer. The house is located on a large landscaped lot and offers lovely garden views from every room.

Designated Parking Space in Driveway for (1) Vehicle.

Go Green!! Fast Level 2 ChargePoint 50amp charger for Tesla and most all other cars. Free for use! We also have a 20amp outlet next to the ChargePoint to plug in travel chargers if needed. All of this is powered by a 6.4kw solar system that provides power to the property as well.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire private guest house and private patio outside the French doors as well as (1) designated parking spot and the large yard area outside of the home.
**The owner lives onsite in the main house and this is a private guest house. This is a single level detached guest house and the owners live directly next door to the space.

The Neighborhood:
Raleigh Hills is located in the southwest hills with Beaverton to the west, West Slope to the north, and Progress and Garden Home to the south. It is a safe, quiet neighborhood in the hills with beautiful established landscape. There is tons of shopping, dining and entertainment in the surrounding areas. Downtown Beaverton, Hillsdale, Multnomah Village and Canyon Road are all within 5 min and have plenty of amenities. This is a suburb of Portland with beautiful parks and convenient to all Portland amenities, but would not be considered a “walkable” neighborhood.
Washington Park, home of the Oregon Zoo, Portland Japanese Garden and the Rose Garden are 5 min drive from the property. Only 15 minute drive to Downtown and 30 minute drive to the PDX Airport.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to get around however you could easily UBER to the Sunset Beaverton Transit or the Oregon Zoo and use the Max Light Rail to get around. There is also a bus stop within a couple of blocks from the home. There is shopping and dining approx. .05 miles from the property.
From the Oregon Zoo or Sunset Beaverton Transit station you can park, and use the MAX light rail to get all over Portland Metro 2 minute drive to major shopping and entertainment district; 12 minute drive to downtown Portland; 75 minute drive to the Oregon Coast.

Other Things to Note:
Portland City Code requires that we keep a log with the Name, Address and Vehicle Information for ALL guests. This will be required before check in. If you are renting a vehicle, we will need the License Plate number or we will need to note alternate transportation (ie; air, train, bike) Please provide this information with your confirmed booking.

~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~ This home does NOT accept Pets
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My District.

Interaction with Guests:
We are available by phone, text, email or in person. We manage for the owners and are local, so we can be available when needed. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to keypad. Owners live on-site but wish not to be contacted directly.

Quiet and Convenient
I am delighted I found this property. It was easy to navigate the controls on the appliances, the kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfortable. The only challenge was the 1 parking spot and no street parking for temporary guests, but otherwise it was great and I will stay there again.
