Its located in front of the well known "Rambla" beach pedestrian street, between two vast beaches Malvin and Buceo. Montevideo Shopping is just 15 blocks away.
Inside, the building has got gym, inside swimming pool and tennis court.
Inside the apartment: is abotu 39sqm, with excellent internet, balcony and all the handy things you need for yor stay. I live there, and I usually travel a lot, so it is built based on my experience travelling all aorund. The Bathroom is big enough, with a confortable shower space, big mirror and hast got bidet..
The apartment was originally a one bed room apartment, but in 2020 was redesign in a one big monoapartment. However the dormitory is divided and has got it closet, it is conected with the rest of the apartment. This gave the unit a lot of light and a more sapcious apartment. Looks great

HI, I travel a lot, therefore I have usually space to rent my apartment. I know very well the apartment, the building and the sorroundings, since I normally use them.
I have also chosen this property, because it is very quiet, and do work at home, so I looked for something that combined, labour and phisycal activities possibilities.

I have chosen this property, because is excellent located.
It is quiet (the apartmento although is in front of the beach and the main road, looks backwards, which implies that looks north, and in Montevideo, that orientation give you sun the whole year.
Just crossing the Rambla, you´ve got, two beaches and a lot of activities, and although may have a lot of people you don´t perceive it, as in for example, Pocitos.
Is walking distance (15/20 minutes) from the World Trade Center and Montevideo Shopping with a lot of activities.
Nevertheless you have a very nice restaurant and at a good price, lying on the beach, just 400 meters away.
City Center, with taxi, uber is just 15 to 20 minutes depends on the time of the day. Buses stops in front of the building, and there some that goes direct to center, for just usd 1.
