Welcome to Gullwing 304, your elegant Gulf-view address in paradise. This resort-style two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers a generous layout and is located at the serene southern end of Estero Island in Fort Myers Beach. Guests can enjoy the close proximity to a variety of attractions, including a public marina, restaurants, and a movie theater, as well as quick access to Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Southwest Florida International Airport.

The beach along this stretch of Estero Island is expansive, providing seven miles of pristine, sugar-white sand. Take a scenic bike ride with complimentary four-hour rentals to discover hidden gems along the coast. The Gullwing complex provides ample entertainment, including a heated swimming pool, spa, fitness center, and gas barbecue grill area. Guests have access to two unreserved parking spaces, and luggage and bellman carts are available for convenience. For additional needs, Publix supermarket is a quick two-mile drive, while CVS pharmacy is within walking distance.

Gullwing 304 is designed with comfort and style in mind, featuring ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, including a two-door refrigerator, glass-topped range, microwave, dishwasher, and an oven with an air fryer setting. The adjacent dining area features a bay window and seating for six, with additional bar seating on the living room side. Just off the living room, a convenient wet bar awaits, complete with a sink and an undercounter safe, creating a relaxed space for unwinding.

The spacious living area boasts comfortable furnishings, a sleeper sofa, a coffee table, and a large flat-screen TV, ideal for movie nights or unwinding after a day at the beach. The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, nightstands, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the lanai. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in closet, separate commode, a garden jetted tub, a beautifully tiled walk-in shower, and a dual-sink granite vanity, providing a luxurious start and end to your day. The guest bedroom, also with private lanai access, includes a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and dresser, while the shared guest bath is finished with a walk-in rain shower and granite-topped vanity.

It was a really nice condo. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we missed were some starters. Shampoo, cream rinse, tissues. Those are nice touches that we’ve come to expect.

Just wonderful!! The property location was beautiful and directly on the beach as advertised. The condo itself was immaculate, modern and beautifully decorated with all the amenities. I was surprised that the unit came with a lot of extra items like beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler that made our stay that much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning on staying in the area.

The all new Fort Myers Beach

pure white sand in the perfect location on Fort Myers Beach. Close to shopping and restaurants yet removed from the hustle and traffic. There was some construction going on next-door but we expected that. The property was exactly as described and very comfortable for us. We ate in for most of our dinners and the setting was perfect. small recommendation to upgrade the cookware a bit but other than that everything was as described..

Excellent place!

The pictures accurately show what the space looks like. It is very spacious. We had most of what we needed for the beach in the room to use. The beach is right outside and just a short drive to Times Square for shopping and many restaurants. Pinchers is walking distance from the beach and has great food and outdoor seating!

Overall had an amazing time and grateful for the great beach access! We did have some hiccups while we were there including the jacuzzi tub not getting hot at all so our kiddos didn’t get to use it. We had let them know 3 days before leaving and it sadly never got fixed while we were there. Prior to arrival I had a few questions and the property management had told me opposite of what I needed to know which was frustrating. I had asked about beach toys and was told they were not with this room when in fact there were so many so we did not need to bring/buy any. The beds weren’t very comfortable which isn’t such a big deal. And then the key access. In the paperwork sent about the keys I had asked twice about if the keys were in the room or in the place they had told us because the paperwork said both and they told me the keys were in a lock box not on the property and so we wasted over an hour trying to find the lock box due to maps taking us to the wrong place and when we called asking for help the girl was super nice but wasn’t able to give us much details about finding it other than the street it was on which we knew. We definitely would stay here again now that we know all of these things and it would be a lot smoother for us. This place is definitely on the opposite end of the busy side on Fort Myers so heading to eat we had to wait in traffic every night which took aprox 30 min of touch and go.

Upon reviewing your reservation, we do see that you reached out to our 24/7 Guest Services Team regarding the jacuzzi tub, and while a work order was created and the property manager provided additional operating instructions, we apologize that this issue was not resolved during your visit. Regarding the pre-arrival information, we appreciate you pointing out the confusion about the beach toys and key access. Since beach toys aren’t listed as an amenity, we advise accordingly; however, previous guests sometimes leave items behind, and we’re glad there were plenty available. We’ll also share your feedback about the key pickup instructions so our team can improve clarity and help prevent similar delays. Thank you again for your patience.

Over all great!

Check in wasn’t good for us. Had a hard time locating the white box to pick up keys (poor lighting at pick up box address ). The condo and the key pick up are at two different locations which was confusing. Thank goodness we ran into a nice couple that was able to direct us. The condo was very nice. Clean, comfortable, right on the beach and property had a heated pool and hot tub. Grocery store is within 3 miles. I would like to go back again after businesses recover from the hurricane.

Got off to a rocky start

I went to the lockbox to pick up the lobby/pool cards and parking passes and they were not there. VWhile on the phone with Distinctive Beach Rentals we were able to get into the unit since it has a keyless lock only to discover it had not been cleaned after the previous renter. Due to it being later in the day it took about an hour and a half for the property manager and the cleaning crew to come back to take care of the property. We then had to be out of the unit for a few hours for it to be cleaned. Distinctive did follow through with reaching out the next day to discuss compensation, but I was very disappointed with what was offered. Because it was taken care of same day, I was offered $50 or late checkout, and it was take it or leave it. That didn't even cover the dinner we weren't planning on going out for since we had stopped for groceries on the way in. Seems like if the renters are charged far more than that to cover cleaning more can be offered as compensation for the hours of inconvenience. I will say the frontline employees- customer service reps on the phone, the local property manager, and the cleaning crew were all as helpful and apologetic as they could be. Management could take a cue from them and consider customer service instead of the vottom line. The condo itself is exactly as advertised and the listing is accurate. I would suggest adding a drying rack, it is so handy when everyone has wet items they want to hang up to dry!

Conflicting info sent about checkin process-sent to a deserted spot for a lockbox and nothing was there then given a different address but didn’t need to go at all apparently, pool cards nowhere to be found-only access to the beach was through the pool area so we were stuck in our room and none of the 3 TV’s would work, unit customer service was quick to respond initially then we were ghosted and told it was after hours when I called back. Still no response in the morning and was told they were “on the way” but didn’t show up until another 1 1/2 hrs later. Contacted VRBO at that point and they got the run around from the property management as well. Finally got pool cards and she had to make another run out for a different tv box. Another hour later she got the living room tv to work but the solution for the bedroom tv’s was to not shut them off since they would disconnect from the box when shut off. Construction was labeled as only in common areas but surrounded the entire building, so with no pool cards we couldn’t access anything. Also, entire unit description in the listing was based on the beautiful views from the lanai and how both bedrooms accessed the lanai-BUT THE LANAI WAS CLOSED for construction and we couldn’t use it! After going back and checking the listing there’s 1 sentence at the very end saying it’s closed. There are very few restaurants and activities restored from hurricane Ian 2yrs ago. I would not have booked if this info was disclosed. Very misleading

Nice, relaxing beach

Property was in good shape, spacious unit. Slept 6 comfortably. The area is very nice. It's a long walk to the beach. Check-in was a little confusing, it was unclear if we needed to go to leasing office (off-site) or just directly to property. Key card access to pool was missing and had to go to leasing office to get. Only 1 key card is given, which is a pain as we had a newborn and that meant beck and forth trips. It's a long walk to the beach, even though the property is beach front (lots of sand to cover) but it was easy to do with our beach cart. Jetski and chair/umbrella rentals available on beach.
