You’ll have full access to all areas of HOP Bali, a private villa designed for your comfort and relaxation. This includes six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and all indoor living spaces. A special highlight is the private jacuzzi on the second-floor terrace, offering stunning views of the lagoon and the sea. You’ll also enjoy the BBQ grill, furnished outdoor seating area, and free private parking .

The community features shared amenities like swimming pools, sports courts, gardens, and a clubhouse — perfect for enjoying with family or friends. With year-round sunshine, it’s an ideal place to relax and disconnect.
Just 2 hours south of Lima, it’s conveniently located 20 minutes from Chincha, 10 minutes from Pisco, and 30 minutes from Paracas Bay. A service station with a well-stocked minimarket and restaurant is right at the entrance of the condo, and you’ll also find nearby access to supermarkets, banks, and essential services.
Getting Around:
HOP Bali is located inside the private gated community “Playa del Carmen” at kilometer 204 of the new Panamericana Sur highway. The entrance is next to a REPSOL gas station with a minimarket and restaurant. After passing the station, take the dirt road to the right and drive about 500 meters to reach the entrance gate.
From this location, it’s easy to explore nearby destinations. Just 25 minutes away is Chincha, a city famous for its Afro-Peruvian heritage, music, and food. In 30 minutes, you’ll reach Paracas Bay, perfect for nature tours, beaches, and marine life. Pisco is only 10 minutes away, and Ica is about an hour's drive.
You’ll also find nearby supermarkets, banks, and shopping centers to meet all your travel needs.

The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.
The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.
The property features a private terrace with a second-floor jacuzzi overlooking the lagoon and the sea—perfect for relaxing.
Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.
Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.
Interaction with Guests:
HOP Bali offers self check-in for a smooth and flexible arrival. Upon arrival, our housekeeper will welcome you and provide all the necessary instructions to make the most of your stay.
You’ll also have access to a dedicated host via WhatsApp throughout your visit, ready to assist with any questions or needs.
Our maintenance team is available daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to ensure everything runs smoothly.
If desired, you can also hire a private chef or additional cleaning services for an extra fee.

Beautiful at first glance….
First off, Jeff was great. He was friendly, responsive and very helpful. By far one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with. He answered all of my questions extremely quickly, and even allowed us early check-in AND late check-out. If my review only consisted of my experience with him, 10 stars! Unfortunately, the house left much to be desired. When we first walked in, it looked absolutely beautiful. However, the house was very dirty. It looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, and certainly not thoroughly. The bottoms of our feet were black from walking barefoot. The rug in the upstairs bathroom was dirty as were the toilet and sinks. The home is pretty close to the ocean and therefore gets a lot of abuse from the salty air evidently. There were signs of rust on just about every surface possible, and it’s clear regular maintenance of any kind is also not done. There is only one screen on one door, which means in the evenings you choose between cool air and bugs. The two upstairs bedrooms have AC, and that was great but the rest of the house does not. This property is pretty isolated as well, the nearest full grocery store is 30 minutes away. Although there is a nice gas station/market about 2 miles away that could take care of most basic needs. This is a secure neighborhood, but no keys are provided for the house so you cannot lock the doors when you leave. We never had anyone bother us, but some may have a real issue with this.
