Modern and spacious apartment in the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen

The apartment is only 1.3 km from the popular Baltic Sea beach.

The apartment is on the large ground floor of a single family house and has about 120 m². There is a separate entrance in front of which the car can be parked at ground level. The apartment has a large living room with skylight and a comfortable leather couch, beautiful furniture and large flat-screen TV, a large bedroom and a smaller bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
In the bedroom there is a 180 cm wide double bed, a cupboard and storage space as well as a separate couch.

The kitchen is the highlight of the apartment: it is open and has modern cupboards and a free-standing island with a large ceramic hob. There is also an oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. All important utensils for cooking and cozy meals are available (dishes, pots, pan, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, toaster). Adjacent to it is a large wooden dining table.

The second bedroom can be entered from the open kitchen and has a 140 cm wide new double bed.

In the garden there is a separate seating area with wooden garden furniture and a grill for the holiday guests.

The bed linen and towels in the bathroom are booked separately and the laundry package costs € 10 per person. Our guests can decide whether they want to bring their own bed linen and towels.

Pets are not allowed and smokers can use a smoking corner in front of the house.

In Nienhagen, a visitor's tax is charged on site for all guests.
