Oceanfront Oasis is professionally decorated and furnished with comfort and relaxation in mind. This spacious condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, featuring a king bed in the main bedroom, another king bed in the second bedroom, and two twin-size bunk sets in the third bedroom.

Awaken to stunning sunrises over a beautiful beach that invites you to search for treasures left by the ocean overnight. Enjoy panoramic views from the balcony, where you can watch playful dolphins surf and graceful seabirds like pelicans, seagulls, and gannets soar overhead. A short walk south brings you to Little Island Pier, where you might just catch the ā€œcatch of the dayā€ to prepare in your fully equipped kitchen.

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered for your enjoyment. Each room features HDTVs with DVD players, and you'll find board games for hours of family fun. Youā€™ll also have access to the owner's garage storage unit for added convenience. Oceanfront Oasis is designed to accommodate all vacationers, including those with disabilities, with lower countertops, a lowered microwave, and handrails in the main bathroom tub/shower.

Wonderful Condo

Nicely decorated and comfortable. Location canā€™t be beat! Wake up to beautiful sunrises and you are just steps to the beach. Make sure to go to the wildlife refuge during your stay.

Itā€™s all about the location

Our family stayed there during the beginning of June. We had never been to Sandbridge before, and fell in love with the view and the proximity to the ocean. Thereā€™s nothing like sipping your morning coffee while watching the sun rise or watching the dolphins (a daily occurrence).

Exceptional view and beach!

Vacasa was very easy to work with...probably the best... and we have VRBO or others from coast to coast! This was a great little property and well cared for - a very well done condo on the beach. Only disappointment was that we were there on the off-season and none of the pools or hot tubs were available - wasn't in the description (or we just didn't see it possibly), but the beach and oceanfront view were excellent!

Beachfront Condo with great potential

We have mixed feelings for this condo. The location and beachfront view are awesome! The beach was busy but not overcrowded. The units parking and access to beach are close and nice. The master shower was great!!! The pools were clean. The unit's decor was pretty, the laminate/vinyl flooring was nice; but the condo just needs a little TLC (remove old and stained carpet, intense cleaning, some updating and balcony painting). This unit could be spectacular with these recommendations.

vacation 2022

We loved Sandbridge area. The Sanctuary was nice also. A little disappointed that some things were unavailable to us. (no grills (bldg a) or hot tubs) There were a few minor things about the condo that could be improved (couch, stove, ice maker) but all in all everyone had a lovely time. It was our 1st condo stay but i believe we will stick to the single homes in future. Thank you very much.

Unclean and lacking

The ocean view was great, but our place was not cleaned and very dirty when we arrived. We ended up not getting into our place until after 8pm. We basically missed our first day of vacation and Vacasa did very little to compensate for the issues. The water barely stayed warm for 1 full shower and serving dishes were lacking.

No signal, Amenities unavailable, Poor location

1. Check in process is antiquated, go check in, which is more that 10 minutes in the direction I just came from. No staff present, keys left with my name on them & locationā€” which is unsafe. Terrible direction for which parking! 2. The property has NO CELL PHONE signal, 7 people stayed & none of us had signal. Wi-Fi was sketchy & barely worked. 3. Hair was on 3 different beds, filth around the sink, tweezers in bathroom on floor, sauce spilled in refrigerator. No additional trash bags -available, but they required it to be dumped. 4. Hot tub unavailable, all pools closed, no directions to fitness center. They said it would be opened mid May, then later said memorial weekend. 5. This property is 30 minutes from the boardwalk & strip. Only 1 restaurant near the property. Not even a close grocery store or gas station. We were directly on the beach & the view was amazing, however, I would never book with them again. This listing is completely misleading with The amenities, Wi-Fi signal and cell signal, and proximity to activities in Virginia Beach. The property management company is doing a poor job of maintaining the property which showed in the amount of filth in front of the door, inside the unit, & balcony.

Pros and cons

Overall, this was a pretty good condo. I mean oceanfront is THE thing! Iā€™d put up with quite a bit to have that. And I will say the kitchen was very well stocked. The place was clean. And the rainfall shower in the en suite was to die for. There were some negatives, though. First, BOTH toilets were not flushing correctly. A guy came and fixed one (the shared one) on Sunday. But the en suite wasnā€™t fixed until Tuesday. However, I will say that that issue wasnā€™t really the fault of the owner, per se. Second the fact that even though the toilets were handicapped friendly, there would be no way a handicapped person could ever get into that soaking tub/shower combo. The sides were super high and both my husband and I struggled with that - weā€™re not handicapped, but a little older. :) Some other issues: that couch was horribly uncomfortable. There was no reading light anywhere near the couch (the only piece of ā€œcomfyā€ furniture besides one plush chair). Also, there was no light at all over the ā€œdining roomā€ table. That was ā€œokā€ for daytime eating, but for nighttime playing of games, doing puzzles or say, coloring - NOT good! We were glad there was a broom because of a spill, but we couldnā€™t find a dust pan. I suppose we could have dragged out the vacuum, but it was a very small spill on the kitchen floor.

Location, location

This is obviously a full time rental property and is in need of a refresh, especially the furniture. However, the location is ideal, both the unit itself and the storage locker. Storage locker is also full of everything you need for the beach- chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys.

Spacious condo in a great location

This is a very nice condo with a spectacular ocean view. We loved watching the dolphins from the balcony. The only downside was the couch is worn out so quite uncomfortable if you sat in the wrong spot. The beds were comfy, though. Be sure to bring towels including dish towels, trash bags, and TP.
