Just 15 minutes from downtown Bentonville, this private getaway was designed with the mountain biker in mind! It features tall ceilings, big windows, lots of natural light all in a peaceful wooded setting. The cabin sits alone on a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. Enjoy world class biking for all skill levels just steps away from the back door!

We loved this house! Right on the ledges trail, ride from the house or 10 mins to downtown Bentonville. Great communication with the host. Would 100 percent recommend! We hope to come back.

This house is beautiful, exceptionally clean and in a great location! The host is super responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in Bella Vista!

Perfect location!!! Quiet and secluded but close to enjoy all the area has to offer. My husband and I spent 17 incredible nights for a cycling trip. So awesome to ride out of the house to the Back 40 trails and the Greenways. Grocery stores, wine and bike shops are close by. The house is very clean and comfortable. Sunset from the deck was a bonus. Great communication with the host. We would definitely recommend the property and would like to stay again some time soon!!

Great location and property. Definitely the place we will stay for future visits in Bella Vista. Walking/hiking path on the side of the mountain was fun.

Secluded but close to area attractions

Bright, clean, well stocked, quiet. Close to town and area tourist sites yet secluded at the end of a street, no other houses in sight. Loved the big deck for morning coffee and evening wine and sunset.

Wonderful property with a large living area.

We held our Thanksgiving celebration at Heather’s property. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The large living area gave us ample room to celebrate the holiday. The property was very clean and a beautiful location. Heather was available to answer all questions quickly. I have stayed here twice and would stay here without hesitation again.

Perfect getaway!

Not only is the property amazing, the location is fantastic. Right on the Back 40 trail system and easy to get to from Bella Vista or Bentonville. The home was warm and inviting with all the amenities we could want, including a garage. We enjoyed everything from the smart TV to the fire pit area in the back yard. Communication with the host was very helpful and expedient. For a small family like ours (2 adults and one teen), this property was perfect. We hope to come back soon!

Mtn bikers paradise

All I can say is if you bike, you want to come here. Back 40 is 20 ft out the door. Trails are 12 min away driving. Theres a great grocery store and liquor store nearby. Nothing bad to say.

Two of us stayed at this beautiful property. We enjoyed the privacy and sitting on the back deck listening to nature. Easy access to a trail to walk was a bonus. We found ourselves relaxing so much we asked to extend our stay and the owners were very accommodating and made it easy for us to do so. We would recommend this house for so many reasons. Everything was as described with plenty of towels, kitchen items, coffee provided and comfortable beds. You have access to a garage. The home is light and bright. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle this is the house for you.

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!

The property we stayed in, was extremely clean at all the amenities that you would want. It came with bottled water and the refrigerator laundry detergents fabric softeners, fully stock kitchen, deck & garage. The host was right on point and extremely nice. The trail (Back 40) was indeed behind the property a very short distance away. Not too bad to hike, but if you bike it, this would be considered an expert mountain Trail. The scenery was extremely nice. Being a new home and well taken care of It was worth the money. Would definitely recommend and do it again
