• LOCATION:
The villa is located in one of the "most-wanted" areas in the South of the white island set on hillside of "km4" only 8 min. away from Las Salinas Beach, Playa d'en Bossa, Ibiza town, Sant Josep town, Blue Marlin and Sa Caleta beach.
Head over to eat in many amazing restaurants close by and indulge in some delicious cocktails before enjoying Ibiza's nightlife which features clubs famous throughout the world.

• SUNNY TERRACES:
The villa features 2 sunny terraces on 2-floors including a patio with a big group outdoor dining table to enjoy drinks and food. with your friends and family. Both terraces showcasing the breathtaking PANORAMIC VIEWS of Salinas, Cap de Falco and Formentera.

• OUTDOOR POOL:
The spectacular outdoor swimming pool sets the center of this magnificent hillside villa.
The pool itself provides a shallow water area for floating in the water or for kids and a deep water area for further jumps into the refreshing clear blue water. And of course there is a toilet / shower nearby the pool.
At night take advantage of the pool's ambient lighting, take a quick dip and cool yourself off.

• DINING ROOM:
The DINING ROOM is a beautifully designed open concept area which is attached to the living room. The dining room walks out directly to the main terrace / pool area beginning and a large patio providing shade throughout the day.

• LIVING ROOM:
Attached to the dining room you will find the open concept LIVING ROOM with large couches and comfortable pillows. Furthermore, the inimitable room is showcasing a nature-stone wall featuring an indoor waterfall.
• BBQ AREA:
There is a barbecue grill attached to the pool area including a spacious outdoor table and a Spanish style sitting area. The BBQ area is being equipped with a large solar panel that produce shade while eating in the Ibizencan heat.

• KITCHEN:
The sunny mediterranean style kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to cook for a large group, and ready to prepare delicious dinner, cocktails or to make a quick healthy snack. The kitchen features two big fridge and freezer units, a dish washer, large ceramic stove, a microwave including sea view window.

• BEDROOMS: All bedrooms are spacious, include large glass windows with bright natural lighting. And of course all bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.

• LAUNDRY ROOM:
The laundry room is located in the storage store, there you can find a washing machine and a dryer and some extra space to put luggages and the like.

• SECURITY:
We care about our guests security and we would like you to feel 100% safe while staying. This private villa on the top of the hills is only accessible by a large steel entrance gate and it is fenced around. In our villa we have a security alarm system installed throughout the entire house and separate apartment suite. This provides you with the 24 hours security necessary for your vacation. If you have valuables you would like to store we also have safety boxes available in our big villa.

• PARKING:
There is a large private parking for up to 8 cars in front of the villa.
