beautiful forest house for nature lovers in Ahrweiler, dogs welcome

We run a beautiful, built in 2001 holiday home for a total of 10 (max 12) adults and two babies / toddlers (2 travel cots + 1 high chair ) the worth seeing red wine metropolis Ahrweiler , The cities of Bonn / Cologne / Koblenz can be reached in 20 or 40 minutes.
The approximately 270 m² house is located away from the hustle and bustle about 2 km above the historic town center Ahrweiler, in the green resort area "Godenelter", located in the middle of the forest. We have a carport and plenty of space for more cars.

It is high quality and lovingly furnished with a mix of modern and antique furniture and has two bathrooms (both with windows, one with toilet / sink / shower - one with toilet / bidet / sink / shower and large corner bath) and an additional guest toilet. All in all 3 toilets in the house. A magnificent fireplace in the spacious living room conjures up wonderful winter evenings. Firewood can be purchased cheaply through us.
The house has underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor is a 1.60 m wide double bed and a very comfortable and high quality 1,80 m wide double bed.
In the 2. Upstairs there are three bright and nicely furnished double rooms with different equipment and beds of different sizes (1.60 m / 1.80 m / 1.80 m)
The mattresses are all new and comfortable.
Pets are allowed. but please not in the beds or sofas. Smokers too, but only on the terrace, since it is a non-smoking house. People who do not like animals do not need to read further, because they are expressly NOT welcome!
The house has several terraces and balconies (covered), which are equipped with sufficient patio furniture, deck chairs, several grills, etc. Furthermore, we offer you a large garden where you can sunbathe, play, barbeque and relax. The property covers about 1000 m² and is directly adjacent to the forest. In the morning or evening you are often visited by wildlife such as deer, foxes, rabbits and squirrels. Bird lovers will also get their money.


We have got dog and cat baskets as well as all sorts of utensils around the animal.
Rodent cages are also available, so that colleague Langohr can also go on holiday with us and does not have to stay at home.
Dog cat mouse: everything is allowed.
You can even bring your horse / horses and hire them in our stable. Beautiful racetracks are waiting to be explored by you.

Bed linen, towels, bath rug, hair dryer and everything else you need in everyday life, such as liquid soap, toilet paper, facial tissues, dishcloths & tea towels, dish soap and toilets and a fully equipped shoe cleaning box are included and of course included in the price.

There is also a large selection of board games, jigsaw puzzles and a library for adults and one for children.
Boredom even in rainy weather is there no indication!
There is a washing machine and a dryer in the house, but in a seperate room. You can´t use it, but we are happy to offer you a washing service for you.
Just let us know, if you want to have your stuff washed. We will do that immediately for you.
In the house are two folders with information material, brochures, tips and suggestions for your stay in our picturesque Ahr valley ready for you.
