Enjoy your stay at Lake Constance and in our 74 sqm apartment. Let the wonderful view from the 4th Upper floor enchanting the Birnau and the Überlinger See, swim a few laps in the heated pool or let your mind wander during a very private sauna stay. Spend the night in a comfortable box spring bed so that you can spend the day well rested. Fantastically beautiful sunsets can be observed from the balcony.

In a few minutes by bike from the harbor and the lake. The equipment of the apartment leaves nothing to be desired:
Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV and cable connection - no stress which program is selected. Should nothing of interest run on TV again - just insert a DVD or play exciting sports competitions with your children on the Wii and the Wii board.
Box spring beds guarantee a restful sleep, the bathroom is equipped with a shower tray.
In the kitchen you will find an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher and a refrigerator and sep. Freezer also all household appliances that you use at home (egg cooker, toaster, kettle, blender, table grill).
The first capsules are available for the Tassimo coffee machine, so you can enjoy the first coffee at the table with bar stools before everyone else wakes up.
The two balconies with west orientation and lake view to Birnau and the Überlinger See are particularly beautiful. Depending on the season, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and fireworks that are reflected in the lake.
There is a year-round heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna, so that there is no boredom even on bad weather days.
In order to maintain relaxation even after the holiday, the dirty laundry can be washed in the basement with the coin-operated washing machine and hung up in the drying room.
Of course you can get a high chair, changing table and travel cot for small children free of charge on request.
The covered vehicle parking space and the bicycle storage room are also available free of charge.
The two-room apartment is equipped for four people. Because of the unpredictability of allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.

The train station is also within walking distance in this area.

Enjoy a visit to the sauna or swim a few laps in the heated indoor pool. Sun loungers are also available free of charge on the sun terrace.
