Open the entrance gate of this new, elegant home and enter a private and peaceful world, where the palms whisper relaxation and the serene setting invites you to exhale. The L-shaped architecture and spacious rooms allow for individual solitude or gracious gatherings. It cradles a pool and patio area, providing shade or sun.
The decor of the house is lovely and uncluttered, comfortable and artistic.
The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and everything you'll need for cooking and dining. Outdoors, there is a beautiful tiled counter with a sturdy Viking grill, perfect for cooking your freshly caught fish. There is a herb garden for you to pick fresh oregano, sage, rosemary, etc. to add to your culinary creations.
The full bath off the kitchen is convenient for company and has a wheelchair accessible shower.
The master bedroom has a king bed and an inviting reading nook with a large window where you can stretch out with your book or journal or just gaze at the Baja scenery.
The second bedroom is upstairs with a queen bed, full bath, beautiful ocean views and its own coffee maker and mini-fridge.

The entire property is either walled or fenced, with both people and car gates.
