MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS
The Master Bedroom features a custom built king bed and bedding outfitted in 400 thread count linens. Side tables and lamps for night reading, a 6 drawer dresser, and full length mirror. The connecting bath with wall to wall vanity and mirror, a single sink, and walk in closet make getting ready that much easier. The bath offers a stand up full shower (seamless glass enclosure) tile design ceiling to floor.

GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Take the spiral staircase to the lower level guest room which features a Queen bed, a 6 drawer dresser, and 2 floor lamps. A private bath with full size shower. The bedroom offers private access to the covered car port and the marina to fully sit back and enjoy the boats passing by.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished kitchen ( in case you LOVE to cook) features a refrigerator with ice maker, a quite Kitchen aid dishwasher, GE self cleaning oven with smooth top range, and microwave. The Kitchen also features a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods of various flavors, toaster, blender, garbage disposal,flatware, and various serving pieces.

LIVING ROOM
The living room features a cozy comfortable sofa (wide enough to sleep one person) to stretch out in after a rough day at the beach. Or entertain your self by catching your favorite show on the LCD TV.

LOCATION
Conveniently located less than a 5 minute walk from 5th Ave (down town Naples) where you can enjoy many restaurants and stroll the galleries and one of a kind shops. Or walk to the Tavern on the Bay (sports bar) to cheer your favorite team with other die hard fans. Maybe you wish for some adventure the Naples Marina (walk 2 min) offers evening dinner sightseeing boat packages, fishing charters, and Jetski Rentals. Walk to TinCity to enjoy the Trolley ride to discover and learn the history of this wonderful city and why it was aptly named Naples. Did I mention GOLF? The perfect condo for a Naples vacation!

We spent six wonderful relaxing weeks at this beautiful condo. It is a 2-bed, 2-bath set up with access to the 2nd bedroom on the lower level by way of a spiral staircase.. The condo was very clean, and tastefully decorated. There is also a community heated pool, and spa on the property. The location was perfect. Just a short 10-15 minute walk to all the shops at Tin City, the Bayfront restaurants, and the heart of 5th Avenue. This condo had excellent views of the marina from the glass enclosed veranda. It was well stocked with almost everything one would need for an extended stay. The host Elle Fett was a pleasure to deal with, and went out of her way to ensure that our stay was a pleasurable one. Elle was very responsive to all of our needs. We would highly recommend Elle, and her condo, to anyone who is looking for the perfect rental property in Naples Florida.

Had a lovely time at Elles condo. Located near Tin city and a short walk to fifth ave. About a ten min drive to the beach. Small pool and hot tub for communal use, which was very nice and well maintained. Was impressed with the condo , and everything that was supplied. Plenty of towels and linens. Good quality washer dryer and cleaning products. Hope to return as we were very happy . Elle was a perfect host. Linda and Geoff UK

Perfect place for a month in Naples

We don’t think we could have picked a more perfect place for our stay in Naples. Waking up every morning and looking out on the boats/marina made us smile. Going to bed every night looking out at the lights over the marina made us grateful for another wonderful day in this beautiful place. The beds are comfortable, the linens/towels are great quality, the washer/dryer are top of the line. The location is on the street leading to the popular 5th Avenue and on to Naples Beach. We walked it everyday!. Close to restaurants, shops, and everything you could possibly want or need in Naples. The circular staircase is a little tight if you are taking things up and down but you can walk outside and around the building with large items and use the elevator. The downstairs door made for easy access from the carport. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Naples in the future.

Nice Basic Unit in Convenient Area

We enjoyed this property which is well-maintained, in a nice location, with convenient covered parking and a washer-dryer, and a responsive owner. It’s only limitation is that the unit has no porch or balcony to enjoy Naples lovely winter weather.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo which is located near downtown, in our favorite area of the city. The condo is cheerful, comfortable, in good condition, clean and nicely decorated, including quality bedding, towels, etc. It contains a new washer and dryer. We enjoyed the lovely view to the marina. IThe owner was quickly responsive to any queries.

Florida Closes Down

While we were on spring break this property was a save haven for us as Florida closed down it's beaches, bars, restaurants. We were happy to feel save and have a home like place to stay.

Cute & clean

Location was great for walking to local spots. I would have preferred a washer & dryer in the condo. Quarters are hard to come by! Also, there was not a patio or porch to get outside air. Which I like. All in all we had great time!

Overall, nice unit with good walking distance to 5th Ave South area and beach. Only drawback is lack of in-unit washer/dryer.

We were not able to come this year and had to cancel, but the owners went far beyond to assist us.

Between Homeaway and the owners we were able to resolve our issues. We had to cancel but were grateful the situation turned out positive for us. Mrs Ann Fett went far and beyond to help us. We thank her very much.

Great condo with a fabulous location!

Very lovely and extremely clean condo with great views of the boats in the Marina. Had everything in the house we needed including a place for our car and guests car too. The sun shines all day and evening in this condo. The pool was so clean and we met very nice people. We walked to Tin City for dinner and to 5th Avenue. You can't beat the location and the comfort of this very nice condo!

the condo was well maintained, very, very clean, our son and his family came to visit for one o f or one week and had to stay in the downstairs bedroom it worked out great. The downstairs was also big enough for the family of four for one week.... Location is ideal....and the property is well maintained. Bravo.l

Broken windows

Broken jalousie windows are obscured by drapes in the advertising photos, and they will require the tenant spending some time duct taping before feeling comfortable in the place. They also engender some concern about overall maintenance. However other improvements, including kitchen and bath remodels, were very nice. All around we enjoyed our stay, but we wouldn't return unless windows were replaced.

Very Nice Apartment in Naples

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks and have no hesitation in recommending it. The property is clean and well maintained & the pictures accurately reflect what is on offer. The pool & facilities are good and the accommodation is close enough to be able to walk to Bars, restaurant and the beach. Jamie Williamson

Beautiful Decorated and Close to Downtown

My family, including our 6 year old and 9 year old had a most enjoyable stay. The condo has been expensively decorated and was very clean and comfortable. The beds gave good support and were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed grilling at the beautiful pool. The pool was kept nice and warm for our January stay. You can walk downtown where I have never seen so many fine restaurants in one place, though the condo is on a dock with excellent restaurants less than a block away. The beach is on the other side of downtown at the end of the road the condo is on, probably too long for most to walk to, but we enjoy walking. Our children enjoyed the spiral stair case downstairs to their room which gave us a way of staying up later while they went to bed. Beach towels provided and chairs as well and a few beach toys a nice plus for those who travel by air. The only concerns we had did not in anyway affect the quality of our stay. The windows need to be redone and the shower doors (bathrooms are beautiful) leak if you are not careful. There is no laundry in the unit, but it is one floor up and coin operated. We used it once and this was not really a problem. We will glad rent again when we can make time to come back. Thanks for allowing a four day rental on short notice. It was difficult to find a reasonable priced place and we are very satisfied with what we found.

Beau Mer Disappointment

The condo is nicely decorated and stayed because the location. I stayed as a child with my family here and have wonderful memories. However, there is only one tv - and the cable and internet were both out the entire week. Called and texted owner who referred me to her maintenance man - who was on vacation and useless. The owner DID NOT return calls or texts and we spent the first 3 days on the phone trying to fix it ourselves. The maintenance man told me we would be refunded $100 for our inconvenience. It would not have bothered me if I would have known an effort was being made. I don't think anyone had stayed here for awhile because it wasn't very clean. The condo looks modern - but shower leaks - toilets run and don't stop, garbage disposal leaks- lots of little problems. It is not a friendly atmosphere - people are crabby at this complex - don't like kids in the pool. Don't recommend if you have children.

Died and gone to heaven

My husband, 5 year old daughter and myself stayed in this condo for a week and we were truly amazed by everything. The owners took us in with a day's notice, since we were in a bind. The condo was impeccably clean, incredibly beautifully decorated, it had all the amenities needed, all the pots-pans-utensils-plates you needed, it had (still has) an amazing view, a big screen tv with a thousand channels, two separate floors, a modern kitchen, brand new bathrooms, a nice warm pool with a warm shower outside, several BBQ's for the tenants' use. It is also a stone's throw from Tin City, and a few km from the beach. It offers wi-fi internet. There is a laundromat on the premises, one floor up. Elevator and stairs. We would go back anytime and would not hesitate to recommend it to everybody we know. Truly great!

Relaxed Visit

We enjoyed a three week stay in February. This condo is bright, clean, well furnished and beautifully decorated. The listing and photo graphs accurately reflected the units appearance and amenities. It is only a short walk from downtown, Tin City and restaurants. The beach on the Gulf is one mile. It is convenient to everything. The owners were friendly and easy to talk with. Grounds are neat and tastefully maintained. Other occupants are friendly and even get together at the pool late in the afternoon for a social period complete with finger foods and drinks. We enjoy wildlife sanctuaries and bird sanctuaries and there are several within an hour's drive. It is a very quiet condo even though there are many units. We are pleased to recommend rental as a convenient and comfortable place to rest, relax and enjoy.

Recent Stay at this property

We spent 10days in this condo Our experience was very good We travel alot and this was one of the better condo's and the price was affordable The location is excellant easy access to downtown Naples. Walking distances to most everything you need .Owners pleasant to work with for all details You would enjoy the view of the Mariana We recommend this condo If you like to cycle a great location since Trek bicyles is nearby and a great place to rent Our favorite restaurants are Seasalt and Bice. The M restaurant in Venetian Village is also very good
