Park your car and never move it again during your stay, which means NO parking fees! Just 100’ to the nearest beach access and less than a 10 minute walk to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and all local restaurants.

** **If you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay at the beach, this is the place for you! If you are coming to party until 2am, while getting drunk and bringing over unauthorized guests, find another place! I live close by and you will be told to leave without refund**

With ocean views off the huge front covered balcony and lake views off the rear bedroom balcony, you will never be anywhere in this home without a great view.

This unit has one bedroom with a new king bed and a queen pullout sofa bed. Full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker (and coffee), toaster and all utensils, dishes and glassware. Super fast high speed Wifi with streaming cable TV, over the air antenna for networks and Netflix. TVs in living room and bedroom. Full size washer and dryer. We are fully stocked like a hotel with all sheets and towels cleaned for you and ready before you arrive. We are also fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and hand soap.

This unit is located within a short walk to all that Carolina Beach has to offer. You have one dedicated covered parking space underneath the building. The nearest beach access is “Driftwood Ln” and it is less than 100’ away from your door. Take a stroll across the street and walk around Carolina Beach Lake Park. Several restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and main part of town are less than 10 minutes!

**We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance for stays during the months of June through October, however the most active months for hurricanes are September and October. Refunds will not be offered for poor unless the property is uninhabitable**

** Please bring your own beach gear as we do not provide that for our guests due to it continuing to disappear**
