It is only 4 km from the popular coastal towns of Marina di Cecina and Vada, 15 km from the charming villages of Casale Marittimo and Montescudaio, 20 km from Bolgheri and its good wines, 45 km from the alabaster town of Volterra, and 55 from Pisa.
The beaches in La Mazzanta are beautiful, just 100 meters from the apartment. It can be reached on foot through a beautiful pine grove that provides shade all day after sunbathing.
The apartment is a large apartment on the first floor of a villa, with a separate entrance and parking space, and a wonderful wisteria pergola perfect for outdoor dining. Entrance to the apartment is directly in the living room. The living room is very spacious, with large arched windows, TV, fireplace, sofa, dining area and kitchenette (with oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine). To the left of the entrance there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with an open shower. An additional single bed for a 6th person is available. Hairdryer. A spiral staircase leads from the living room to a solarium on the roof, perfect for relaxing or having breakfast. On the ground floor, under the pergola, there is a room with a washing machine, sink and toilet.
