The spacious floor plan and additional sleeping areas allow this two-story home to accommodate various groups of guests. With original wood floors, vigas and beams, Talavera, and Saltillo tile, and two kiva fireplaces make this truly authentic Santa Fe living. After exploring The City Different, come home and gather around the wood-burning kiva fireplace and curl up on the sofas in the living room to stream your favorite movies. There is a queen size sleeper sofa and powder room on this level. And with an abundance of windows throughout and French doors that lead to the balcony, this is the perfect place to catch New Mexico’s vibrant and dramatic sunsets. The large outside lounge area is one that you won’t want to leave. Perched up high overlooking Santa Fe, enjoy the view while grilling and dining outside.

Whip up your favorite meal or try out a new recipe in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring stainless appliances and a 2 top kitchen bar keeping everyone connected. Upon entering the downstairs area is a bonus room filled with board games, books and a daybed. A wood burning kiva fireplace greets you with an inviting ambiance in the primary suite, which offers a king size bed, a smart tv, sitting area, wet bar and direct access to the patio. Attached to the primary bedroom is a private room designed to provide a quiet, comfortable, and informal atmosphere for conversation, reading or watching your favorite tv shows. The adjoining bathroom offers a large vanity and a bathtub/shower.

The second bedroom features a king bed, smart tv and direct access to the patio, while the third bedroom features a queen bed and smart tv. The two bedrooms are connected by a bathroom with a shower/tub.

The enclosed patio is a private oasis just waiting for you to return home from your daily adventures. Soak under the night sky in the hot tub or sit back and relax at the multiple outdoor spaces with a glass of wine.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and a washer/dryer are provided. Tandem parking is available for two cars in the driveway.

Santa Fe, guests must use designated off-street parking spaces before parking the street. Our driveway only accommodates two vehicles parked tandem. If you have or need a third vehicle during your visit please contact us prior to arrival to discuss parking options. Please help us maintain the quality short-term rental market in Santa Fe and be courteous to our neighbors by parking in the driveway at all times.

All three bedrooms are located downstairs. The stairway to the bedrooms is steep and can be difficult for guests with accessibility limitations.

There are 2 tandem parking spots on the side of the home. Parking is limited for more than 2 vehicles. Please reach out for a parking map if traveling with more than 2 vehicles.
