Snuggle into Sweet Seclusion - No Cleaning Fee!

This review does highlight the quality of our unit at the beginning, but it seems that perhaps the first sentence of our listing was not seen or read. We clearly indicate I’m the very first sentence of the listing that the apartment is a basement unit in a home that now accommodates guests on two distinct levels and we never hesitate to announce this fact when asked. There were two upstairs cleanings during the entire time of this guests stay. We are also perplexed by the comment about a cleaning ompany cleaning rugs. We vacuum and thoroughly mop floors after every guest. We do accept dogs for our stays but there have not been any incidents with any dog waste in the home. Our dog owners have been fantastic and respectful with their pets. We will be reanalyzing our cleaning products for any residual smells that may give off a mistakable scent. We hope this clarifies any concerns one may have after reading this guest’s review, who never once mentioned any of these issues during their two week stay.
