Very stylish and with great attention to detail, this apartment was equipped and furnished. Everything was custom-made to measure. Beautiful living on a compact surface, perfectly used. A small entrance area with built-in wardrobe will take you to the gorgeous apartment. Right on the left is the tasteful shower room. Then you get into the living-dining area with a sleeping alcove in which there are two separate beds. The massive and tasteful fitted kitchen is also a highlight. A door leads to the sunny south-west balcony, which is already equipped with table and chairs.

The studio apartment is located in the 1st. Floor (south side) in a very neat high-rise.
Bike paths start right outside the front door. Bicycles can be accommodated in the communal cellar.
Pedestrian area, shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, museums, theaters, church, Havenwelten and the water can be reached on foot in 2-15 minutes. The fantastic location allows you to easily conquer and enjoy our seaside city with culture.

Our prices are in euros and include the statutory VAT, which is shown separately on the invoice.

Included in the price are:

    WiFi access
    The linen package (sheets, towels, tea towel)
    All operating and ancillary costs (water, heating, electricity)
    Cleaning
    5% Citytax which is charged in the state of Bremen for guests.

Thus, you pay only and exclusively the specified price for the night



Further important information:

Free parking is available behind the house upon availability.

In front of the house are paid parking for the daily price of 4 € (Monday - Friday from 8-19 clock and Saturday from 8-18 clock).

Furthermore, in front of the house also free short-term parking, parking for up to 2 hours with parking disc.
