Dream villa between mountains and sea

Our Villa Shanti (Peace) is located on the old coastal road from Marciana Marina to Marciana Alto (village) and is in the upper third. About 2.8 km to the sea and 1.5 km to the cable car to Monte Cabana. A heavenly quiet place with a beautiful view of the two mountain villages Marciana Alto and Poggio. On the other side you can see the sea with Enfola. We have two apartments. The smaller potent (28 sqm) is for 2 adults with a child on a sofa bed. The bedroom is via a staircase on a gallery. Small kitchen with bathroom and nice terrace to the garden. The large apartment Scirocco (48 sqm) has a bedroom with double bed and mini terrace. Another bedroom with double bed on a gallery accessible by stairs. Including a kitchen with a large living room and another sofa bed. A bathroom therefore ideal for 4 people, a little tight for 6 people !. Here, too, there is a beautiful terrace and a wonderful garden. Barbecue outside. Hammocks and sun beds are on the property. We have our own fountain with water of the quality of Fontana Napoleone. A small number of parking spaces on the property. Small parking bay in front of the property. On request, we wash your laundry, make breakfast and also half board for you. Everything by arrangement and extra costs.
