Villa idyll with large garden

Cozy house in a very quiet location on the nature park Nossentiner-Schwinzer Heide. 4000sqm plot with unobstructed views over fields and large terrace for unobstructed view of the sunset.

Our cottage is freshly renovated and lovingly and personally furnished.
The house is about 130 square meters and has three bedrooms and a large contiguous kitchen, living and dining area (about 45 square meters).
Two of the three bedrooms and a small bathroom with toilet and sink are located in the 1st. Floor, which is accessible via a wooden staircase. The day bed in bedroom 2 can be used as a single bed (80x200cm) or as a double bed (160x200cm).
In the living room is a sofa bed available.
A baby travel cot can be provided upon request.

The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, blender, juicer, espresso maker, French press, kitchen scales, cake pans, toaster ...). Directly to the kitchen is a large terrace with garden table and chairs. The terrace is illuminated by the evening sun and from here you can watch beautiful sunsets.
The large bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, a bath, a toilet, a sink and a washing machine. A glass door leads from the bathroom directly into the garden.

There are many (children's) books in the house, some board games and other children's toys. In the garden there is a porch swing. For children there are two swings, a sandpit and two soccer goals. There is also a fireplace and firewood is abundant on the premises.

We use the house as a private house, so there are private items in the closets. Not everything is perfect, but with love and very personal. We love our house and spend wonderful holidays there. We are happy to share this with you.
