House Rules:
Please, no smoking, excessive drinking, or partying in the condo or complex. We aim for a respectful and responsible environment. If we receive a noise complaint from neighbors we will give you one warning, but if we are fined by the Natiivo HOA, we will charge your group the fee cost.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Garage Parking is valet-only, priced at $40 per night. Additionally, EV charging is available for an extra $10 per charge.

Paid street parking outside Natiivo is accessible 24/7. Parking is free after 6 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, as well as all day on Sundays.

Per the Natiivo Building HOA rules, we're required to personally hand over the keys to our guests. Otherwise, we will let you enjoy your privacy. We're just a text or call away, ready to make your stay a breeze.

Early Check-In:
Wishing for an early check-in? If the stars align and no one's checking out on your arrival day, we'll do our best to make it happen! But, if there's a checkout, we'll hustle to get things ready before 3 PM. We'll confirm on the day, and if that doesn't pan out, our front desk is all set for early bag drop-offs—win-win!

Late Check-Out:
Looking to linger a bit longer? Please give us at minimum a 24hr heads up and if there's no check-in scheduled on your departure day and our cleaning team can adjust their schedule, we should be able to make a late check-out work. Keep in mind our front desk can securely hold onto your luggage till your flight—just give us a shout to confirm!
