The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Your booking includes a cleaning fee in order to keep your departure as relaxing as possible. There is no need to strip beds, etc. Please do not pile damp or wet towels on any carpeted area.
Dishes can either be left in the sink or put in the dishwasher. Otherwise, just keep in mind that check-out is at 10am to allow ample time for cleaning and sanitizing.

This house was perfect for our trip. Easy check in, very clean, great location. Everything in the house was as described. All personal care amenities were top notch and really added to the experience. Host was very responsive as well.

Quiet Safe and Beautiful

What a nice vacation! Beautiful house, lots of space and host was available whenever we had questions. Lots to do in the area and a quick ride to the ocean!!!

The beds were very comfortable. The showers were great. Communication with the host was excellent. Downside was the pool was closed for construction but the overall stay was good! We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Such a great spot!

This was a perfect home and location! So close to stores and restaurants. The house was spotless, comfortable and had all the amenities one would need. We will definitely book again.

The house was amazing. The owner was quick and friendly with responses. Kids loved it. It was in a great location for everything we wanted to do. Only thing missing from the house was a pool. There were some small bugs/lizards we weren’t use to from up north but to be expected.

Dream place !

This home was a dream! Honestly close to a 5* hotel ! loved everything. It is spacious, beds are extremely comfortable, all is clean and decorated with taste. Perfectly functional, lovely garden area that felt very private. I can go on and on! The place is even better than it looks on the listing 😅 The host is very responsive and friendly. Thanks Kelly, we’ll be back!

The owner, Kelly, was fabulous. She was easy to contact and responded to questions timely. We were very impressed with the cleanliness. This was our first experience with a VRBO rental. Didn’t know what to expect! It was a great experience. Would highly recommend this rental.

We needed a place for 30 days and I found this location was near our home we were building. The Condo was perfect for us with two work spaces. It was a quiet, quaint neighborhood with plenty of amenities. Kelly answered every call and text promptly. I would hands down recommend this location for short and or long stays. Comfortable stay

Communication with Kelly was always smooth and prompt. She was always available to help. House was nicely remodeled and comfortable. The area was very nice and the backyard was relaxing and felt private even though there are other homes next door. One recommendation would be to add blackout curtains in the master bedroom so we could have slept in longer on some days. The other bedrooms do have blackout shades which my pre teens enjoyed lol. Thank you!

Nice place to stay - Honest Review

Overall we had a great stay! It was 30 min from Busch Gardens which was one of our stops so that was nice! Plenty of food and grocery options nearby. The first floor has the living area, kitchen, dining, half bath and laundry room. Upstairs were three bedrooms one full bath as well as the master bath. This unit has neighbors on either side which didn't bother us, however we could hear them through the walls from time to time so just be aware.The VRBO listing states checkout is 11:00 am but the instructions sent by the owner say 10:00 am, it didn't impact our stay but you may want to confirm if that is important for you.There were beach towels and plenty of supplies in the house including laundry soap. I loved that we didn't have to strip beds or load the dishwasher before leaving. I will say the one ply TP was rough and we talked about stopping to buy something better .Be sure to read the entire document sent at check in because we missed the part I've copied below even though it was highlighted and had to throw out our donuts:"*A note about Florida living: pests are abundant in this region so we all take trashand pest control seriously. Please be mindful to completely seal food before storingit (avoid leaving food out on the counters), and change trash often, participating inthe collection days posted above."

This was the perfect place for us as a family of four! We were visiting friends nearby, and this was our own space to relax. With 3 bedrooms, the kids each had their own room and all the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms had ample counter space and the showers were fantastic. We had plenty of closet space for our clothes (I'm an unpacker) and to store our luggage.We were mostly out and about, but one night we hung out in the living room and we all had our space to lounge out and relax. The kitchen is full of supplies, which was helpful when I was wrapping up sandwiches for the beach. All the amenities like laundry room, powder room, etc. were great and made us feel at home. Kelly's restaurant recommendations were spot on. We had dinner at Noble Crust when we arrived and breakfast at First Watch later on (both in Wesley Chapel) and the food was amazing! We also ate at Armature Works in Tampa, which we loved. Communication was great. We reached out to Kelly before the trip and she sent us a list of local recommendations. Check in and check out were so easy that I reached out to Kelly again to make sure I wasn't missing something and she was quick to respond. I highly recommend this location and would definitely stay here the next time we travel to the area.

Adorable Condo

This condo is very clean, it's updated and decorated super cute! We had all amenities, beds were very comfortable and the resort pool was refreshing and quiet. Kelly was a wonderful host, we will definitely be booking again!
