Sweeping views of Lanai and Molokai from the top floor wraparound lanai. This treasured beachfront Villa is truly a home-away-from-home. We provide comfortable accommodations right on the beach. Gaze through the sliding glass doors or step out onto your oversized private lanai and take in the magnificent ocean/beach views. Centrally located on the west side of Maui, makes this the perfect location for a special occasion, family vacation or for a couple's romantic getaway!

Simply walk out your front door and your just footsteps away from placing your feet in the sand! From here you can swim, snorkel, dive, or take a stroll down the beach to the famous "Black Rock". This is an upstairs corner unit, located in the Dolphin building; a two-story building, only one of the two beachfront buildings located on the property. Please note that the building does not have an elevator, you do need to be able to walk one flight of stairs. This spacious two bedroom and two-bathroom villa provides central air conditioning and can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably.

The master bedroom provides an amazing beach/ocean view with a comfortable canopy King size bed, while the guestroom provides a lush tropical garden view with (1) queen and (1) twin side bed. Both bedrooms offer a desk for those that need to work or study during their stay, along with sliding glass doors for direct access to the wrap around lanai. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with beautiful wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a custom designed walk-in tiled shower to mimic the ocean waves. There are doors that separate the master bedroom from the living room for privacy and the guest room does have a 50" flat screen tv. The living and kitchen space, provides an open floorplan with high vaulted ceilings. The gourmet style kitchen is fully functional and has everything that you need to prepare your meals right at home. The cabinets are full of cookware, dishes, and utensils. You will also find other smaller appliances to help meet your cooking needs. The living space has comfortable seating, TV, along with a dining room table for indoor dining. One of the advantages that this villa has to offer is the spacious wrap-around lanai which provides even more space for entertaining. You can dine outside with an ocean view, use the lounge chair if you want to take a catnap while feeling the ocean breeze, or you can simply gather around the cozy sitting area, where you can have memorable conversations with friends and family, watch the evening sunset or just sit back and be memorized by the view... This villa truly has it all!

Centrally located in West Maui everything is within walking distance or a short drive away. You are close to shopping, casual and fine dining restaurants, world-class golfing and land or water excursions! If you plan on eating in, you are just a couple of miles away from a grocery store, Fish Market, and the Farmer's Market for local produce and organic foods.

Maui Ka'anapali Villas (MKV) amenities include two swimming pools, two jet spas, coin-operated laundry facility, Spa & fitness center, beach activities center, BBQ area and free trolley service to Whalers Village! The onsite Castaway's oceanfront restaurant & Bar is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Basic cable and Wi-Fi are provided by the resort. MKV does charge a daily resort fee of $35.00 plus the17.42% HI taxes. This is paid directly to the resort upon your departure. The resort fee also includes parking for one vehicle if you have a rental car. Please note that MKV is a non-smoking property. There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed either inside or outside on the lanai. There are designated smoking areas located in the circle area in front of the lobby.

Upon your arrival you will find a basic "starter" set of kitchen and bath items. Once these items are depleted, it is up to the guest to buy what is needed for the rest of the stay. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We are looking forward to having you as our guest!
