Poised on the top floor, this exceptional beachfront villa commands sweeping views of Lana'i and Moloka'i from an expansive wraparound lanai. Situated on N. Ka’anapali beach in coveted West Maui, it offers a serene and sophisticated island setting for a family holiday, milestone celebration, or romantic seaside escape.

Just beyond your door, the shoreline unfolds with effortless access to swimming, snorkeling, diving, and leisurely walks to famed Black Rock. This upstairs corner residence is located in the Dolphin Building, one of only two beachfront buildings on the property. Please note that there is no elevator, and guests must be comfortable walking one flight of stairs. The villa is fully air-conditioned and thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to five guests in comfort.

The primary suite is graced with ocean views and a canopy king bed, while the guest bedroom overlooks lush tropical gardens and includes one queen bed and one twin bed. Both bedrooms offer desks, in-suite bathrooms, and sliding glass doors that invite in the light and island breeze. Inside, vaulted ceilings, an open-concept living area, indoor dining, and a fully equipped kitchen create an atmosphere that is both relaxed and refined. The generous lanai extends the living space outdoors, offering an idyllic setting for open-air dining, tranquil mornings, and radiant sunset skies.

Ideally positioned in West Maui, the villa is moments from boutique shopping, acclaimed dining, championship golf, and an array of memorable land and ocean experiences.

Guests of Maui Ka'anapali Villas enjoy access to two swimming pools, two jet spas, a spa and fitness center, beach activities center, BBQ area, coin-operated laundry, complimentary trolley service to Whalers Village, and the oceanfront Castaway's restaurant and bar. Basic cable and Wi-Fi are included. Please note that the resort charges a daily fee of $35.00 plus 18.712% Hawaii taxes, payable directly to the resort upon departure; this fee also includes parking for one vehicle. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is a non-smoking property, and smoking is not permitted inside the villa or on the lanai.

A starter set of kitchen and bath essentials is provided upon arrival. Once those items are depleted, guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed during the remainder of their stay. We look forward to welcoming you for an unforgettable stay in Maui.

The location was great with excellent views. The beds were comfortable. The unit did have a musty smell when we arrived. The right sliding door does not lock and living room couch is pretty much worn out. Main TV is incredibly small and not convenient to watch or navigate. Overall good experience with incredible views and location to beach. Pool is nice and rarely crowded with a very relaxing atmosphere. Bree was very good at taking care of anything that came up.

Amazing beach and views

I have stayed at MKV twice now and this place is spectacular! The beach access, ease of parking and just beautiful balcony view was WAY WORTH IT! We loved every minute and will be returning with our kids. The home had all the kitchen tools needed and was really nice to use the onsite gym.

Best Unit on Great Property!

We had an incredible stay! We saw whales from the balcony daily. Turtles swam right by us and there is a snorkeling spot that was filled with beauty that we swam right to. We grilled and met others by the grilling area. Everyone was so friendly. Our host Bree was amazing and we cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful week in Maui

The view from this property matches the photos and is gorgeous. The pool and beach were just steps away. And the location was convenient to several good restaurants and a 20 min walk or 5 min drive to shops. The condo feels very homey and has plenty of beach gear that you can borrow. It was a great place to say.

Great place, great location.

Fabulous beach front condo and all the amenities without the pretense of a touristy hotel. The owners provided anything you really need, and it is close to many local hot spots. No fighting over beach chairs or space in the pool or hot tub while still a stone’s throw from the beach walk and surrounding sites. The owners were very responsive. My family really enjoyed their stay .

This is a beautiful corner unit with western exposure. An expansive comfortable lanai that will suit all your needs facing the beach & ocean. Our hostess Bree was available promptly for any questions or needs. And the property has all the amenities imaginable to feel right at home. Looking forward to a return trip soon!

Our favorite thing about this rental was the porch. We were so close to the water and it was the perfect place to view the sunset. It's an older property, and that actually appealed to us because we never had to fight for a seat at the pool. It's a great central location...just perfect for our family of 5. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location location location!

This place was so incredibly comfortable and the view and location was spectacular, just north of Black Rock and south of The Westin. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house and loved that this place was on the second floor of a small two story complex, facing the ocean. From the comfy furniture on the oversized lanai, to the super comfortable beds and beautifully tiled and decorated bathrooms, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. There was a “closet of fun” full of beach chairs, fins, goggles, ice chests. Can’t recommend it enough!

That view never gets old!

Loved our stay there. The place was perfect for our needs. It is so well equipped with all the little extras. There were condiments and other food staples. We used the last coffee pod and then replaced with a new box. Such a nice casual system. Our only issue was with working the tv. This place feels homey and comfortable. Of course the highlight is the location and that view. it is right on the Beach Walk and just a mile to Whalers Village.

Wonderful experience!

Beautiful property with an incredible view, fantastic amenities and comfortable beds! Even had extra snorkels/masks, flippers, beach toys, etc. Great patio furniture too. TV could use an upgrade but it's not like we needed it much on vacation :) Property manager was quick to return our messages and we had a perfect family vacation. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Relaxing Maui Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at MKV. Our group was two adult couples and we both had our own bedrooms and baths. The views from the condo and lanai overlooking the lawn and beach were beautiful. Sunsets were stunning. The unit itself was well stocked throughout the kitchen, bathrooms and included beach gear. Beach access from unit is down a flight of stairs and short walk around the building to the lawn and beach. We enjoyed the onsite Castaway Cafe. We visited the island one week after the reopening of Maui to tourists. The local people of Maui are moving forward in their recovery and we stand with them as they rebuild.

Perfect!

We splurged on staying at this property, and couldn’t be happier. It’s in an incredible location - I think one of the best in Ka’anapali. It looks just like the photos in the listing :). We spent a lot of time relaxing on the lanai, and when it got too sunny for us mid-afternoon, we retreated to the air-conditioned condo for a lovely nap. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and they even have a Nespresso Pixie for those that are addicted to their morning espresso - just bring your Original (not Vertuo) pods. The gorgeous beach is just a few steps away, as is a beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Bree, the property manager, is great - very responsive and helpful. We looki forward to staying here again!

Hawaiian Paradise

This condo was perfect for our family vacation (2 adults and 2 kids)! The setting was beautiful and location perfect. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed! We really enjoyed eating all of our “at home” meals out on the lanai overlooking the ocean and watching the sun set! The resort was just what we wanted, not too crowded with a great pool and beach. We had a problem with the air conditioning and Bree responded very quickly and the resort maintenance fixed it with in hours of being told about the problem. The only negative thing I would say is that the bookshelves, etc needed to be dusted and the tile floors (especially the kitchen, which I washed) needed to be washed. But that was a small detail in an otherwise perfect stay! Thanks for opening up your vacation condo for us to enjoy!

Best location we have stayed on Maui!

We are so fortunate this owner decided to start renting when we were looking this spring! What a perfect spot. Unit is on the end, oceanfront on Ka'anapali Beach at Maui Ka'anapali Villas (the property that has Castaway Cafe). The unit is as described and how it shows in the photos. The master is in the front of the unit and has access to the lanai just like the living room, which was nice when my husband started work at 6:00 am and could just walk out, open his laptop and people watch and enjoy the ocean view. The second bedroom is in the back which is nice for some privacy. Kitchen has what you need to prepare meals. They had a few beach chairs, umbrella and the resort has beach towels. Unit is also near the pool although it's on the other end of the 3 ocean front units so no noise. FYI--the master has a sliding door between it and the living room for privacy. That's hard to tell in the photo. The lanai is large and comfortable and the best feature of the condo! The only recommendation I have is that they switch out the couch to a pullout version. We had 5 adults (our 3 college kids were with us) and even though it sleeps 5 (K, Q, T), my boys didn't really want to share a queen bed so it would be nice to have the option to sleep someone on the couch. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We hope to be able to stay here in the future.
