Love the park! Construction tho.

Clean but dated. Enjoyed our time in general! Loved our rate, but looks overpriced at most dates/times. I’d stay many more times for a reasonable rate considering all of the new stuff going on.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I feel the kitchen needs organizing better with the pots and pans . Plenty of cabinet space that needs to be utilized . The air unit is old and needs to be replaced . It broke while we were there and was promptly fixed however the air guy said it needed to be replaced . The living room chair cushions need to be replaced. They have really bad stains . We did have one more issue the management took care of right away . Location was very nice but the walk to the beach had many stairs so harder to do with kids or older family members . I do feel like the carpet needs to be removed in the bedrooms since it is a pet friendly place . Hard surface floors would be easier to keep clean .

Average Inlet Beach condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Older condo. Needs a little TLC. Upon arrival, there was pet hair that had not been vacuumed off the upstairs carpet and stairs. One of the mattresses was as hard as a rock, the other was fine. At the end of our stay we noticed that the water heater was leaking and the air conditioner had stopped working. We called management and they promptly responded with repairmen. The air conditioner was frozen and the plumber insinuated that the water heater needed to be replaced. Nonetheless,the trouble was resolved for our stay. Be aware that the beach access boardwalk is very long with many stairs. We chose to drive to the end of the street and walk out to the beach with no stairs. We have stayed on 30a for the past 25+ years in condos and houses. I would give this condo an overall rating of a 7.

The manager/owner (?) of the unit was prompt, professional, and helpful regarding confirmation and return of deposit. This unit was in a great location. There is another building in front of this one on the ocean side, but the ocean view was still nice from the porch and several windows. Normally, it would have been an easy and very short walk to the beach, but when we arrived we saw that the beach paths were blocked due to a restoration project. She did warn us of that via email, but only after we had paid...and I think it might be important for guests to know this before they come. The alternate path was not that far in distance, but was steep and sometimes difficult when carrying beach items. Additionally, the path routed you through the back yard of another house; fortunately, no one was there when we were visiting but if there had been guests at that home, it would have been awkward to walk beside their hot tub. The inside of the unit was older, but we expected this from other reviews/description, so the slight wear and tear we found was not a surprise or problem for us. Overall, we appreciated being in a great spot, loved Inlet Beach's location and atmosphere (as others have noted it is a quiet area, didn't see many people out), and enjoyed being able to travel with our dog.

Older Unit But Fairly Priced

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An older unit obviously but priced accordingly. You do have to walk down to the beach access bridge to get to the beach versus being able to walk straight down from the unit because there are three other units and another house that block the beach view but you do have a nice view of the nature reserve and it’s very peaceful and not loud and busy like some of the other locations in Rosemary and Intel. The bathrooms are a bit small but the AC works really well and had no maintenance issues whatsoever. All in all it was a good experience for the price and the property management was very responsive and professional. I would recommend to anyone who wants to be close to the beach but also doesn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on a huge overpriced brand new beach condo that has enough room for 40 people, lol. We would definitely stay again.

Steps to the beach no crowds no noise

We loved this spot! So close to the beach without the crowding and noise of pcb beach. Go to the inlet and float for hours!

Great summer vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. Great location and the construction didn’t bother us at all. Beds are great also. Fully equipped kitchen also, which was nice.

Not even close to being worth the money

The location is ok but to much construction going on. The property is in very bad disrepair. The walls are cracking, the popcorn ceilings are pealing in the living room, the swing on the balcony is falling apart. We paid 2600 I think for 4 nights I have paid the same for 3 bedrooms on front beach for 7 nights that are way nicer. The condo needs a ton of work. The property manager was quick to answer any questions but that was the only thing I can say good about it. We will stay somewhere different in the feature. They will reply with sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay but unless they renovate completely I would recommend not staying here.

Great location, property not so great

Very disappointed in the shabby conditions of the property. There are other Condos in the building that are better maintained on the outside. Needs paint and TLC. Inside isn’t much better. Broken blinds on the sliding doors in the living room. No blinds in the bedroom. The floor is caving in in front of the patio doors. The place seriously needs a deep cleaning. Musty smell AND found a can of BEDBUG spray beneath the sink. The property manager said she would come by to discuss my issues. She never showed and stopped responding to my messages. Definitely will not stay at this property again. We definitely left it cleaner than we found it.

Great location, decent condo

Ideal location close to beach. Literally a 2 minute walk across the boardwalk/dunes to secluded beach. We rented bikes and headed to Rosemary, Alys etc... The condo itself needs a little TLC. The beds were very comfortable, outdoor wraparound deck was great and we took full advantage. If you are expecting to get any "work" done, absolutely confirm that the Wifi works. It did not work at all while we were there even after resetting it twice. The owner provided the neighbors info as an alternative, however the signal was pretty weak. Overall 4 stars mainly based on location.

Great location

Loved the location of this property. There is a walkway to the beach right next to the complex. The apartment was well stocked and very comfortable. It was a little tired but clean and good location so would definitely stay there again.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean. The view looking out at Helen State park was beautiful. Loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were included. And the house had all the kitchen utensils we needed to cook. However, to do dishes you should bring some dish soap and dishwasher soap & dish brush to make doing dishes easier. This was a perfect place for our little family. And even though it wasn’t technically “kid proofed” I felt very safe letting my 10 month old roam around on the first floor. There wasn’t much for him to get into. And having carpets at a beach house was nice! Plus the carpet was very clean. Another plus was the beach was very low key. Not many people. Beautiful white sand, and there was an awesome body of water coming out of the state park that was a very short walk away. (You can see it from the balcony). This was the perfect kid area, shallow calm water & it was a bit warmer. And the views surrounding it are beautiful.

Mediocre for the money

The location next to the park and the nearly private beach were wonderful. However, the listing did not disclose until right before arrival that major construction would be taking place M-F starting at 7 am right next door. The dryer did not work at all, and the A/C vents drip and the exterior looks like it is falling apart. We did appreciate the ease of check in and the thoughtful necessities that were there for us. Overall ok, just can do better for the amount being charged for this rental.

Excellent location, quaint townhome

We really enjoyed the more remote location and beach access. The townhome is quaint and we really appreciated all the beach chairs and umbrellas provided. We also really appreciated that there weren't plug in air fresheners everywhere like many vrbo locations use. Even the shampoos and lotions were pretty chemical and fake fragrance free. 5 stars for that!! However, there is a bit of mold (common in humid areas so it's understandable but anyone with a sensitivity would have an issue ) and water dripping issues with the air conditioner. I think it's dripping into the carpet. The air conditioner works like a champ!! Thank you for the hospitality!

Great location! Great beach!

This is our second booking at this property and we enjoyed it very much! Nestled up to Camp Helen State Park, the beach has never been crowded when we visited. Lots of restaurants within a 1-3 mile radius. Highly recommend.

Relaxing and peaceful beach vacay!

Our family of four and four legged baby enjoyed our stay at Inlet beach!! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The condo was perfect for us! It was close to everything we needed!! If your looking for a low key place to stay this is definitely it! We will definitely be staying again.
