The apartment was completely renovated at the end of 2017. It has a floor heating, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The town center, the North Beach and the University are all just a few minutes walk away. Beds are made before arrival and towels are provided.

The Welsh word "Hafod" originally means a meadow or mountain pasture. "Bryn" is the Welsh word for hill.

Aberystwyth is a delightful spot on the Welsh coast. The location on Ceredigion Bay is just perfect. From here you can easily explore both the natural, idyllic north of Wales and drive into the dreamy low mountain ranges of Wales or in the romantic south. Perfect for a place of well-being and enjoyment.

Stroll along the well-known Aberystwyth promenade or relax with a hot tea and a few Welsh cakes in one of the quaint cafes. A cool refreshment on warm days is offered by the beach in Aberystwyth or the long sandy beaches in Borth and Ynyslas. Or enjoy a walk along the high cliffs of the National Coastal Path and enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the Irish Sea.

Not far from Aberystwyth, nature lovers will find green mountains covered with the purple flowers of Erica, blueberry bushes, gnarled trees and mountain streams with crystal-clear spring water plummeting down the slope. Wales' original lanes are flanked by hedges of wild honeysuckle, thimble and primroses. Badgers, foxes, weasels and martens are your nightly companions. During the day, the red Milan buzzes over the mountains, and various seagull species glide past your window right on the coast. If you're lucky, even dolphins and porpoises swim along the Ceredigion coast.
