Waterfront home perfect for a family vacation, fishing getaway, or just for relaxation! Pool & boat launch on premises. Open kitchen/living room floor plan, 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. The master has a queen bed & en-suite bathroom, the second has one queen bed & the third has a bunk bed w/2 full beds. There is a second full bath in the hallway. Full size washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, linens/towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee & more included. Pets allowed with a $100 pet fee.

Pool with deck in the backyard, fishing deck, boat launch, balcony, grill. Property has an exterior elevator for cargo only.

Off street parking.

Entry by lockbox with code given 1 hour before check in tme.

Perfect host, perfect location, friendly neighbors, the pool was definitely a bonus, the boat launch on site was an even bigger bonus. The home had everything we needed. We’ll positively keep this one in our future rentals list!

Beautiful Place

My whole family really enjoyed our stay. The place was in a quiet neighborhood, nice deck to fish off of, and a clean and refreshing pool that my grandsons really enjoyed after a hot day. The inside is beautifully decorated and very clean. We would definitely go back.

Great Stay

We had a great time with family! We loved having the backdown ramp as we all own Jet Skis. It's just a short ride to the river from the house. We will definitely return.

Perfect Spot

Nice,clean home perfect for two families with kids. Boat access was super easy also. So close to the Jordan River! Nice quiet neighborhood. The pool is perfect way to cool down after a long day on the boat! Highly recommend this place.

Get Away from New Orleans

We had a delightful overnight stay at Joe's property in Bay St. Louis. The owner was extremely polite and quick to respond to any questions that we had. The place was spacious and very clean. The property was on the waterfront and had a nice covered porch. The pool was just the right size for our small group. We would definitely recommend the property!!

Winter getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet. We're northerners so we enjoyed a lot of our evenings sitting out on the deck. It suited us well. The house is as it's pictured.

All in one

The rental had all the entertainment we needed to not leave for 4 days. The boat launch was super convenient for our 22ft party barge and the pool was the perfect size for young kids. It’s a 10 minute car ride to the beach but the boat ride was the preferred method and was only about 20 minutes. Joe is great and I’d absolutely rent anything he owns again.

Great Host & Property

This place was as described. Stay was excellent. Had a few minor issues. But Joe was Johnny on the spot, when they arose. A few minor issues. Lift was not working upon arrival. But Joe had it fixed the same day. The main control box to move the lift up & down was the problem. But exposed to the outside environments. Things happen. I'm guessing, the last tenant. Took the broom & dust pan. Emailed Joe, had a new one there, asap. Joe continued to check with us, during our stay. To make sure things were ok. Really appreciated that. The wife & I, have stayed over the last 12 plus years. In over 18 places & area's. Through VRBO, I have to say, Joe is the best host we've done business with yet. You will not find a better host. Will definitely stay again. I have only a few suggestions. Updated cooking pots & pans. It's a pet friendly place. Maybe a plug in type small light weight vaccum to help keep the dog hairs up, during a stay. (Shark is my go to) In my own home, with multiple dogs. A broom & dust pan. Usally isn't sufficient. I purchase a new one. Every year. About $50 average. House has plenty of storage space. But more hooks, I've found in bathrooms, on doors & walls. Helps keep things off floors. Especially when u have children, & adults who act like them 😆 Leaving wet items (swim suits & towels) on the floors. That could cause damage. Is very helpful. Thank you Joe

Best VRBO that I have stayed!

Great location, great views and super clean. Anyone would love this house. From the minute to drive up you can tell how prestine the house is kept. I love being able to park my car underneath the house. We had rain a few days and this made it easy to carry bags and into the house. The layout of the house is perfect for a getaway. We used the deck everymorning overlooking the canal. The location is super close to stores. We especially liked Claibornes Supermarket close to the house. The kitchen was super clean with everything you need for staying in. Our host Joe sets the bar high for communication. I highly recommend this house and give it 5 stars #####

Beautiful and quiet Bay St Louis

This was our very first experience booking a property for a stay so we were rookies in the experience. The host Joe was communicative and incredibly supportive of our experience even assuaging our concerns about a hurricane in the Caribbean as we have no experience with them. The property is spotless, functional, comfy and feels like home. It has all the items you could require whether it could be dish soap, coffee cups, linens etc and the home was set up in a practical and useful manner that made first time adventurers at ease in the experience. The property is exactly as it appears in the photos is well kept and displays the quiet "cottage" neighbourhood you would expect. There are great Mom and Pop restaurants in the area to try, Old Town looks like something out of a hallmark movie and sitting on the porch facing the water with a cup of coffee in the morning watching the fish jump is bliss defined! This was a great first experience and we will be looking forward to our next getaway at this property.

Relaxing, comfortable and quiet

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at this location which is ideal for those who love the fish. The online listing and pictures are accurate. In person, the rooms feel larger than they look online. There were 5 adults and a dog in the house and we never felt cramped. The property has a boat launch providing easy access to the Jourdan River, a swimming pool, and a small lift perfect for transporting luggage, grocery and ice chests. Since we were a group of older folks, we greatly appreciated not having to carry things up and down the stairs! Rouses, Walgreens and Walmart are nearby for shopping and Hollywood Casino and Old Town are nearby for entertainment. The owner was easy to communicate with and promptly responded to my emails. I would definitely visit this property again.

Most relaxing getaway

Our stay at this property was everything we hoped it would be. So relaxing!! Spotlessly clean upon arrival, easy communication with host, and the house came with everything that could be needed. Such a comfortable place to get away. Highly recommend this house and we plan to visit again.
