Vegas Oasis with Private Hot Tub and Pool - Near the Strip

Welcome to this 4-bed Modern Desert Oasis home (sleeps up to 8 people). Soak up the sun in the beautiful yard with private hot tub, pool, turf, BBQ grill, lounge chairs and more. The gorgeous kitchen boasts new appliances and a large quartz island for cooking or hosting. There are 2 full bathrooms, a dedicated workspace for those WFH days, a washer and dryer and free driveway parking for your convenience. This home is only 15 mins to the Strip and 10 mins to the Airport. This place has it all.

Notes:

The host is not liable for any injury or death on the premise. Please use the amenities like the hot tub and pool safely.

Pool will be covered with a solar cover during the winter months, December to April, due to the colder temperatures. The hot tub is available for use year round, heated up to 104 degrees.

The entire place was excellent, beds were very comfortable and the entire place was very spacious for a large group. We enjoyed our stay. The distance to the strip was very good as well.

The host was very responsive and kind. We were disappointed to find there were no kitchen towels or backup paper towels and very limited kitchen utensils, etc. We were celebrating a birthday, complete with a cooked dinner and cake, and struggled to find the right dishes, serving bowls, etc. We planned to use the hot tub but found there were not adequate towels available to have enough for 6 guests- I guess the expectation was to use our bath towels. We did not have enough time in our weekend to use them for the hot tub and also use them for our showers. Speaking of guests, if you advertise for 5 beds, it would be helpful to have some additional mirrors, blankets, pillows, etc so that people aren’t having to split bathroom times as much, and have what they need. The house itself was fine, but the floors were crazy dirty. None of us wanted to walk around barefoot :( The extension cord was helpful for phone charging, as there are inadequate plugs in the bedrooms. Overall, the location was great- super easy to get to the strip and the airport. Thank you!

Nice place

Our stay was good for the most part, the refrigerator was out for the most of the trip and we had to keep our refrigerated food frozen. However Lucy did have someone come out to fix it and offered options in the mean time, the outside swings are broken so be careful, my daughter fell pretty hard , and the pool was stained and stairs to pool are very shaky so have someone hold them while you get in. but the pool guy did come during our stay over all nice home, quite neighborhood.

We (3 adults) stayed here for a whole week. Everything we needed (appliances, supplies, etc.) was available. Everything looked as advertised and everything listed was there. Super cute place. The outdoor area was especially nice. We loved the hot tub. I will warn that the pool does need to be cleaned but no huge deal and be careful of the ladder, it's broken and on uneven ground. We also enjoyed the games there. Great fun for all of us. Will say the couch is not really a couch and is hard to sit/lay on because it is made of small easily movable sections. The beds are nice though. Lots of space. The only issue we really ran into was that the fridge and freezer were not cold enough and we were unable to change the settings, so be mindful of that if it isn't adjusted after our visit. Overall, very lovely and nice place to stay, especially if you want to go to The Strip. We were within 15-20 minutes of The Strip, the airport, and several shops and gas stations were even closer to the house.

Twenty minutes from the strip on Tropicana, Twenty minutes from Downtown on the 11. Quiet neighborhood.

Everything was as it is explained. We had a great time only thing i would suggest is that an additional tv was there so when the adults and children can watch different things.

Not What We Expected

This house is located in a not so friendly seeming neighborhood. The pictures are deceiving and only show highlights of the home. The home furnishings look OK but upon closer examination, everything feels very cheap. Cupboards had not been cleaned out or organized in a long time and it seems like the surface gets attention but that’s about it. We were excited to have a pool and hot tub but again, the photos painted a totally different picture than reality. When we arrived, the lid of the hot tub had blown off in a storm, and the hot tub was way too cold at the time, so we put the lid back on and warmed up the water, then we decided the water was way too dirty. One of The cupboard doors in the kitchen was dangling loosely on its hinge, there was water leaking underneath the sink, the flooring seems to be coming apart, and the master bedroom bed had a broken board at the foot of the bed where the mattress was sinking through. This place seems like it gets cleaned but not maintained. We were always nervous to exit our car and enter the house at night because it just doesn’t feel very safe.

Nice quiet neighborhood

This was a great place to stay. We had an issue with the hot tub upon arrival and was fixed the next day. House was very clean and comfortable. Backyard was great for hanging around at night and relaxing in the hot tub. Hostess was very nice and easy to get in touch with.

Great place to stay!

Very clean. Was nice to have a washer and dryer. The only negative was that the hot tub chemicals were strong and caused our eyes to water and burn. Would stay here again.

Less is not always more

Pros The number of rooms was great for our 7 people great for small families, house was clean and adequate room space amenities of laundry and supplies great adequate parking, outdoor patio space sufficient and overall host was very cooperative and available at all times. We were able to check in early for a small fee and check out late was a plus. Cons The neighborhood is a little less to desire, keypad sometimes for unlocking and locking didn’t work AC was difficult to use but host always intervened and assisted, inadequate supplies only 1 roll of paper towels 2 trash bags only, no instruction manual for house, pictures of pool was not accurate and pool was dirty upon arrival, supplies utensils and cups for coffee were scarce only 4 for our group of 8; dining table only sat 4 at a time. Flooring is warped in two places in kitchen area.

Pretty nice

It was in an older neighborhood but nice. It was great to be able to drive right up to the front door. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. Shower and tub were both slick when they were wet, so be careful of that. We didn’t use the dishwasher. As soon we opened it, we had a horrible smell come out of it. It was pretty nice. Would probably stay there again.

Great family trip to Las Vegas!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was nicely set up with everything needed. It was clean. The yard was nice. The house is close to the Strip and Fremont Street, but not too close. The neighborhood was quiet and had all the necessary stores nearby. The 4 bedrooms and 2 baths were large enough and the beds were quite comfortable. We would stay again. My only suggestion would be to add some clothes hooks in the bathrooms.

Nice location in town

House amenities were as expected. Quick answering from the host when required. Some improvements could be included like a dorm door fix, and maybe at the house entrance a printed quick list of instructions about the amenities, a detailed clean because dust was present at the dorm doors.

Visiting family in the area

The house was clean, beds were comfy, and it was all the space we needed. We didn’t use the pool as it was December, but the backyard was nice (however, there was dog poop in the back from a previous guest that had not been picked up). I would have like to get check-in instructions a little sooner and never did get any specific instructions for checkout.
