George Foreman Outdoor Electric Grill. New laminate flooring installed downstairs. Community Boat Dock.. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Great family condo

Loved the location with great grassy area and dock for crabbing off the back. Screened in porches were awesome.

Very nice house

Nice house! Good location, dog friendly! This house had a lot of small things that made vacation more comfortable. Like a fan in each bedroom. It also had items such as a juice press, coffee maker (not Keurig), items for making drinks. Would definitely stay again!

View on one side is great; convenient for a family with kids

We loved the view out the marsh side of the townhome--that side is absolutely gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the upstairs screened porch to look out over that expanse of salt marsh and water every morning and evening. The view out the opposite side of the cottage is a different story. We wanted to, and did, block it out as much as possible. The fact that the property adjoins the minigolf--which is literally just feet away across a narrow channel of water and reeds--was most definitely NOT a pleasant surprise. We were able to make it work by keeping the door and all the curtains and windows on that side of the house closed, to block out not only the sight of it but also the lights at night and the noise. (It's great that you can't hear that noise at all from the marsh side.) The location of this property would be ideal for a family with children--nearly all the amusements, plus many shops and restaurants, are within easy walking distance of the property. We are a retired couple and don't have kids at home anymore. Typically for vacations we choose places that are more "away" from the resort hubbub, so I feel certain that if we had been able to know the address of the property *before* booking it and thus could have looked it up on Google maps' satellite view, we would have chosen elsewhere after seeing how close the minigolf was. All that aside, we did enjoy our stay even so. Our main suggestion for improving the property itself is to repair the screen in the downstairs porch so that the porch with picnic table is actually usable. With all the mosquitoes from the nearby marsh on that side of the townhouse, the downstairs porch was not usable at all during our stay. When we checked in there was a very large hole in one end of the screen. It looked as if someone had begun but not completed a repair, by using a sheet of screen they simply nailed over the hole at the top, but the screen was not tacked to the wood framing all the way around and it was flapping loose in the breeze. The screen issue would be a simple fix for someone with a staple gun and 10 minutes of time, and it would make it possible to use the picnic table and downstairs porch. The drive to the Refuge and beach was so convenient! It really is an easy drive to everything on the island from this location. There are also some nice decorative touches in the place that make it feel welcoming, and the kitchen is very well equipped.

November stay at Creekside Paradise

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property is very good, an easy walk to town and an easy drive to Assateague. We were put off by the decor in the living room and no light or lamps in that room. Moving around the furniture helped a bit except for the lack of lights.The kitchen is well stock with the basics, the bed is comfortable and the screened porches a great touch

The view over the marsh is what makes this place so special. Great kitchen…well supplied. Central location. Might want to let visitors know about the steep steps up to 2nd floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was a perfect fit for our trip to Cinocteague and Assateague.It had the amenities that we need and plenty of room. We loved sitting on the screened in balcony which gave us a nice view of the canal and bay. The sunrise was beautiful from there,also.We found that there was plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distances. We could walk to the main district but could catch the trolley right near the road just a block from the townhouse. I would return .

Great place to stay!

Nice condo centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, mini golf, shops and bars. Good for dogs as there are nice grassy areas to walk them and do their business.

Beautiful, Quiet and Clean

A wonderful time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting this house for many many years now. This was my mom's favorite place to be with our family. We lost my mom to cancer just a few months ago. SO this trip was tough but important that we do. We love everything about our trip to the beach. Wonderful location, and so family friendly. The fishing this year was amazing and so was the crabing. We know we will be coming back again next year. We would encourage some new frying pans and the stove is no level but who cares, it is time with our family! There was no cable TV so that was a bummer but again went spent most of our time riding bike, fishing and swimming. Thank you to the new owners for allowing us and others to rent their home.

Creek side Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental unit was very basic. Reminded me of a frat house. The carpets were dirty and old and mattresses had stains on them. The kitchen did have some newer appliances/gadgets that were not common and probably not needed like a citrus juicer. Minimal effort put into this place like simple things like hangers or even lamps in the bedroom or living room. When we got there the living room floor was sandy. The view was spectacular! And there were no dog smells at all which was a relief. Nice porches and there were crabbing supplies and a kayak.

I loved seeing the sunset and I enjoyed the bike ride being slightly shorter than from other houses I have stayed.
