Hi Alyssa! Thank you for your thoughtful review and for rating your stay 4 stars—we truly appreciate it. We’re so glad you enjoyed the home and its location. At the same time, we’re sorry to hear about the cleanliness details that were missed and the inconvenience with the upstairs light and temperature. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. While we did our best to assist during your stay, we regret that we weren’t able to fully resolve everything in time. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we’ll be using it to improve our cleaning inspections and maintenance processes moving forward. Thank you so much for your feedback. We always aim to resolve any issues with guests as quickly as possible during their stay. We unfortunately did not receive any communication of the cleaning issues you had, or we would’ve been happy to assist you! We will send your suggestions over to the proper departments to ensure that an issues in the home are resolved. We would love for you to give us another chance to provide you with a great beach vacation. Thank you, Guest Relations

Andrea, We will share your feedback on matters outside of the home with the proper team in hopes the landscaping can be addressed soon if it hasn't already. We apologize that you feel we lied as that was not the intention. Unfortunately, during busier times there is a lot of stress on the networks. We cannot control the strength of the signal and internet provider choices are very limited in the area. Had we been able to improve this issue for you quickly, we certainly would have. We do our best to provide all guests with a 5-star experience and we falter from time to time, so we appreciate your honest feedback. We have taken your comments into account and will do our best to provide better beach vacations for all moving forward. Sincerely, Benchmark Management
