Highlands Derby City Dream hosted by BNB Louisville is a premier destination located in the heart of Louisville's historic Highlands just steps from the famous Bardstown Rd and some of the best restaurants, shopping, and nightlife the city has to offer. 🐎

Completely renovated, this 1900's Victorian is a perfect mix of old-school charm with a fantastic contemporary flare. The home boasts 6 huge bedrooms with tons of space for your large group to relax, shoot pool, soak in the hot tub, or chill by the fire pit.

✨ THE SPACE
This Victorian six-bedroom 3,200 sq ft house boasts three floors and comfortably sleeps 14 guests!

The party takes place on the Main Floor, where each room flows evenly from the large living room, with a huge flat screen TV, to the billiards room, and second flat screen TV, to the 8-person dining room table and 4-person kitchen bar top. You will also find a full bathroom with an LED mirror that can sync to Bluetooth technology! In addition, the home boasts a custom chef's kitchen, wine cooler, large counter tops, and plenty of space to entertain and enjoy a pre- or after-party.

Then, you can step outside to the backyard, where you will find a unique well-lit private backyard setting, complete with a fire pit, plenty of seating, BBQ, and large patio area. You will also want to bring your bathing suits, because if the mood strikes, you may want to unwind in our 7-person hot tub equipped with LED lighting. 🛁

🛏️ BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
Heading upstairs to the Second Floor you will find 4 bedrooms dedicated to a famous Kentucky Derby winner:
• Master Bedroom: King size bed and private master bathroom.
• Second Bedroom: King size bed and plenty of privacy.
• Third Bedroom: Queen size bed.
• Fourth Bedroom: Two Full size bunk beds.
On the second floor, you will also find a full custom bathroom and a guest closet.

Continuing to the Third Floor, you will find two more large bedrooms, each having a Queen size bed. There is another full bathroom on this floor as well!

The home is located just steps away from the famous Bardstown Road in the heart of the Highlands. Known as the "mecca of dining and nightlife," you will find endless options on this restaurant row for every palette, swanky coffee hangouts, eccentric collection of shops, and plenty of local art galleries. Not to mention, it is Louisville's most popular neighborhood for nightlife with countless bars, pubs, karaoke, and music.

Hop in a short Uber ride, and you are in downtown, where you will find the beginnings of the "Kentucky Bourbon Trail", with world famous bourbon distilleries like Angels Envy, Michters and Evan Williams, just to name a few. If you prefer beer, you can find fantastic breweries throughout the Highlands and downtown alike. 🥃

The home is just a short Uber ride from the Louisville Airport, so for those arriving by plane, it does not get any easier! If you are visiting Louisville for its world famous sports or festivals, you have found your home away from home.

🏆 SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT
The world famous Churchill Downs, "Home of the Kentucky Derby" is 15 minutes away. Interested in watching some of the best college sports games in the country? We are just minutes away from The KFC Yum Center, home of the former NCAA champion Louisville Cardinals Basketball team. Watch them face off against other storied teams like Duke and North Carolina. Prefer football? You are just a short ride to Papa Johns Stadium; get your tailgate on and watch our team take on teams like Florida State, University of Miami and more.

We are also minutes away from the Muhammad Ali Center, a museum dedicated to the "Greatest of All Time."

🚗 PARKING
Feel free to bring your vehicles. Free street parking along Beechwood Ave. Although you may want to take Uber/Lyft while you are here. BTW, you can walk to a bunch of stuff too!

• Hot Tub: We cannot 100% guarantee the hot tub will be available on any specific dates. There can be unforeseen maintenance or damage from a previous guest that requires us to temporarily close the hot tub. The hot tub being closed will not result in a qualifying cancellation/refund.
• Cleaning: If additional cleaning is needed after your stay, the additional cleaning charge will be forwarded & requested from you.
• Smoking: This is a non-smoking property–any evidence of smoking at the property will result in an additional fee.
• Firewood: Firewood for the fire pit is the guest's responsibility. Firewood can be purchased at the local grocery store and elsewhere.
