Lighthouse 1713 is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom + bunk room unit that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and offers coastal comfort with an ambiance like no other.

The primary bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom and direct balcony access—allowing you to enjoy refreshing Gulf breezes from the moment you wake. The guest bedroom offers direct access to a shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience. Kids will love the bonus bunk room, their own cozy “hideout” during your stay.

Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious family meals or a special vacation dinner.

The Lighthouse is ideally located just 0.5 miles from The Hangout and within walking distance to local restaurants, shops, and attractions. • RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
